Ingredients

Frozen vegetables ! bag or 0.5 kg
Fish fillet (any) ! kg.
mayonnaise
different greens
green onions
seasoning for fish
a small piece of hard cheese

Cooking method

  • 1. I put frozen vegetables on the bottom of the baking sheet (I had a non-stick form).
  • 2. On top I spread the fish, thawed, cut into pieces, the sea is not salted, but the river can be slightly salted.
  • 3. Sprinkle fish with seasoning for fish, sprinkle with herbs, green onions on top,
  • 4.mix mayonnaise with cheese
  • 5. I spread this mixture on the fish so that it covers all.

I take frozen vegetables arbitrarily, but I didn't really like the mixtures with potatoes and rice ..
