Seafood sauce

Ingredients

Boiled seafood 300 g
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Dill 50 g
Garlic 3 slices
Vegetable oil
Butter
Salt

Cooking method

  • Peel the garlic, slightly crush with a knife, chop. Peel and cut the tomatoes. Finely chop the dill. Heat the vegetable oil a little in a pan, put the garlic there, after 20-30 seconds the tomatoes, fry. Then put the seafood, after a minute or two dill. If the seafood is not salty, add salt. At the end, put a piece of butter.
  • Serve with pasta only.
