Ingredients

Pumpkin puree (lightly stewed pumpkin, mashed with a fork) 250 g
Egg 1 PC.
Malt extract 1 tbsp. l.
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Rye sourdough (100% moisture)
Rye flour 305 g
Sprouted rye 15 g
Salt 0.5 tsp
Dried paprika 3 pinches
Dried dill
Seasoning Mix (composition: its composition - garlic, caraway seeds, mustard, onion, black pepper, white pepper, chili, coriander, dill, oregano) to taste

Cooking method

  • Knead everything on the "Dough" program, there will be no kolobok. Proofing - 7 hours (mine - 9), during the proofing the bread rose 2.5 - 3 times! Make incisions. You can grease with yolk on top and garnish with pumpkin seeds. Bake.
