Lagman in a multicooker Brand 37502

Ingredients

Meat 500 g
Carrot 1 PC.
Onion 1 PC.
Tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
Pickle 1 PC.
A tomato 1 PC.
Pasta 200-300 g
Lean oil 2-3 st. l.
Potatoes 3-4 large
Salt, spices, garlic taste

Cooking method

  • On the "baking" mode, heat the oil, put the chopped meat (or stew, boiled meat) in it, fry, gradually adding coarsely chopped onions, grated carrots and tomato paste. When everything is fried and stewed, turn off the multicooker, pour boiling water or, if the meat is pre-cooked (which is not forbidden), broth and turn on the "Steam Wavrka" mode. While the broth is boiling, finely chop the cucumber and tomato, coarsely chop the potatoes, put everything in the broth, salt, put the herbs-seasonings (you can put them in oil, the aroma will be stronger), bring to a boil, switch to the "Stew" mode and set the timer for 1 hour, if we cook with carcass or pre-boiled meat, or for 2 hours, if we cook with raw meat. Half an hour before the end of the program, put in half-mashed pasta. I take thick pasta with a hole inside, they work best. For half an hour, they have time to cook, but do not boil. You can put it 2o minutes before the end of the program and leave it in a closed multicooker to "reach" after turning off the multicooker.

In the classic version, the noodles are pulled by hand, boiled separately and poured with meat and vegetable sauce. According to different sources, the density is different, I cooked it like a thick soup.
I put the soaked cucumber, as they say, from myself, especially when the salty greens-dressing has already ended, I just always have them spicy and therefore there is no cucumber taste, but the pungency and salinity pass into the broth.
There are a lot of lagman options, meat, onions, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, tomato paste, spices and, of course, noodles remain unchanged.
