Ingredients

Dough:
milk 220 ml
flour 450 g + 2 tbsp. l
egg 3 pcs (1 grease yolk)
sugar 5 tbsp. l
salt 1 tsp
vanilla sugar 1 pack
butter 60 g
dry yeast 2 tsp
Dark dough:
cocoa 3h l
water 0.5 tsp
For lubrication:
yolk 1 PC
milk 1 st. l

Cooking method

  • We put all the ingredients in the HP bucket. We choose the mode - "dough". When the batch is over, turn off the oven (proofing is not needed). Divide the dough into 2 parts. We return one part to the HP, add cocoa with water (I took 1 hour of water) and again start the "dough" mode. Put the second part of the dough in a bag greased with vegetable oil.
  • After the end of the kneading, without turning off the HP, we take out the dark dough. We take out the spatula from the CP and put the dark dough in it and next to it the white dough right in the bag without closing it (grease the bag outside with oil). We leave the dough for proofing.
  • We cut the finished dough. Roll out the white and dark dough into a layer, put the dark layer on white and roll it into a roll. Cut the roll into triangles, put them on a baking sheet and let them stand for 30-50 minutes. Then grease with yolk and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Note

The buns are delicious and fluffy! You can shape the buns in another way: divide the white and dark dough into balls. Roll the white ball into a cake, put a dark ball in the middle of it and pinch the bun. We put on a proofer, and before baking, grease with yolk and make a cut along the bun or crosswise so that the dark dough can be seen.
