Bread with buckwheat flour and walnuts (bread maker)

Ingredients

Dry yeast 1 tsp
Wheat flour, premium 315 g
buckwheat flour 50 g
Honey 1 tbsp. l
Unrefined olive oil 1 ½ tbsp. l
Powdered milk or cream 1 tbsp. l
fine sea salt 1 tsp
water 210 ml
walnuts 40gr

Cooking method

  • For Panasonic 256 - add all ingredients (except nuts) to the HP bucket according to the instructions. Add nuts after HP beeps.

  • Medium or dark crust, size M if desired.

Time for preparing:

4 hours

Cooking program:

Basic (baked goods with raisins)

Note

I don't put sugar, replaces honey, added a little water to the bun, slightly chopped the nuts with a wooden crush.
It turned out a bread with a pinkish crumb, nuts are distributed throughout the bread, very tasty, crust-crunch-crunch

Although he did not rise much, a trace of the knife is visible, but it did not affect the taste at all)))

The recipe was taken and slightly modified to match the existing ingredients from the site

Good evening! I wanted to cook your bread, but I didn't understand the phrase "I added a little water to the bun." At what stage? I love recipes when I threw everything at once and went to bed, and in the morning I have a ready-made bread in my Panasonic with a window for nuts and so on (no need to throw it in separately).

begemotik_doma good evening!
The phrase "I added a little water to the kolobok" means that when the kolobok was kneaded - I looked - there was not enough liquid (thick dough, "shaggy" kolobok).
This recipe for a timer is not intended ...
Here in this topic "A guide to baking in a homemade bread maker" you can learn a lot of useful things, I studied it in the first steps https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...tion=com_smf&topic=7271.0
Everything is painted there and shown in photographs, including about the bun.

I baked a little differently, in our local newspaper there was a recipe (it says that it was based on materials from Internet resources), though with a typo and had to correct the amount of yeast in the recipe. I checked it then, the kolobok immediately turns out to be perfect. Only now I again found a leaflet with this recipe in my stash:

325g wheat flour
50g buckwheat flour
1 tsp yeast
2 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 tbsp. l. rast oil
0.5 tbsp. l. walnut oil (I immediately put 1.5 tablespoons of vegetable oil, since there was no walnut oil at hand)
250 ml water
100 g chopped walnuts

P.S. I bake on the Basic program (baked goods with raisins)
