margarine (sl. butter) 250g
fresh yeast 70g
vanillin 1 pack.
vodka 1 tbsp. l
flour
raisins optional

Cooking method

  • I also want to share my recipe for the paste. I have been using it for more than 10 years, always an excellent result. So, everything in order:
  • 1. I take half of the warm milk, put the yeast, on top - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar. I put it in a warm place. Wait for the yeast to swell (approx. 15-20 min)
  • 2. I add this mass to the remaining milk, plus flour to the consistency of thick sour cream. It costs 1 hour in a warm place.
  • 3. Add the rest of the ingredients: melt the butter, beat the eggs with the remaining sugar, vanillin, vodka, raisins (I put a lot). I knead the dough that is not cool. I grease my hands. oil. Knead until the dough begins to bubble under your hands.
  • 4. Allow the dough to rise (30-40 min), and then put it into molds and let it proof. Bake at temp. +180 degrees.
  • I apologize in advance for the unaesthetic photography. These are 2 portions. And I bake little ones at the request of my children - they themselves like to eat and treat friends like that.
  • Although the recipe is simple, the pasca turns out to be sweet and airy.
