Ingredients

Lettuce leaves 5 pieces
Rye bread 5 pieces
Fresh cucumber 1 PC
Fresh red pepper 0.5 pcs
French mustard, salt taste

Cooking method

  • Yesterday on TV presenter Dasha Malakhova offered unusual rolls of dark bread. Cut off a slice of bread, roll it out thinner with a rolling pin, wrap vegetables in it and cut into rolls. I did it a little differently: on a leaf of lettuce I put a thin layer of French (with grains) mustard, then rolled bread, thinly cut cucumber slices and strips of pepper on it. Add a little salt on top. All this is neatly folded (I did it with a film), and then cut into small pieces for one "bite".
  • The taste is very unusual, today I have already done it 2 times, even the child ate, which does not eat any vegetables.
