Notre Dame Salad

Ingredients

Boiled mushrooms (champignons, etc.) 100 g
Lettuce salad 40 gr.
Watercress 50 gr.
Lolo rossa salad 50 gr.
Frize Romano 50 gr.
Mitsuna 50 gr.
Rucola 50 gr.
Chicory salad 50 gr.
Raw beets 50 gr.
Sweet peppers red and yellow 2 pcs.
fresh tomatoes 3 pcs.
Crushed nuts 50 gr.
Salt, lemon juice, mustard, rast. oil taste

Cooking method

  • We cook and cut mushrooms. We either tear all salads with our hands or cut them. Tomatoes - in quarters, pepper - in slices. Raw beets or chop very thinly, or three on a grater. Chop the nuts. We mix everything, fill to taste. I didn't fill or salt anything - it flew away so!
  • A mixture of salads lolo rossa, frize romano, mitsuna, rucola, tsikorny bought ready-made.Notre Dame Salad
  • All greens are easily replaced - you can do with two types - green and red salads, since all the shops are now packed with these greens in pots.
