Ingredients

chicken breasts 500 g
sweet white wine 3 tbsp. spoons
soy sauce 3 tbsp. spoons
olive oil 3 tbsp. spoons
kart. starch 2 tbsp. spoons
vinegar 7% 1 st. the spoon
dark sugar 2 teaspoons
garlic 2 cloves
green onions
peanuts not salted

Cooking method

  • Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and pour over the marinade:
  • 1 st. l wine, 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. l olive oil, 1 tbsp. l. diluted starch. Leave on for 30 minutes. in a refrigerator.

  • Cooking the sauce:
  • the remaining ingredients from the total amount: wine, soy, olive oil, starch, vinegar and sugar - mix.
  • Add green onions, garlic and peanuts.
  • Kung pao chicken breasts (Chinese motives).

  • We take the breasts out of the refrigerator and fry in a hot pan for 10 minutes.

  • Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and intensively toss it several times. seconds to mix.

  • Serve with rice and a glass of white wine.

When you prepare the sauce, taste it, it should be pleasant for you, spicy-sweet ... I am writing because someone might want a little more sugar or vinegar.
Ideally, you need to add chili pepper, but in our family, only I am hot, so I sprinkle pepper only in my plate
Cooked rice with vegetables.
The wine I had was a semi-sweet Hungarian "Muscat".
