Ingredients

goose liver 300 g
minced meat from any meat 500 g
milk 50 g
fat (without it) 100 g
gelatin 15 g
black pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Prepare minced meat, add spices, egg, milk to it.
  • Mix. And pour 15 grams of dry gelatin.

  • Put a layer of minced meat on the bottom of any convenient form, put salted liver on it.

  • I put polyethylene in a mold so that it was easier to take out, but you can do without it. Since we use gelatin, it will be enough to lower the mold with the finished product into a warm mold for 1 minute, and when turning it over, everything will pop out perfectly.

  • Then cover the liver with the remaining minced meat.
  • Place the mold in a slow cooker, fill with water, so that it is half in the water. And cook for 3 hours on a high setting.

Note

It turned out very tasty and convenient. Rectangular shapes are very handy for cutting content into boutiques.
