Italian pasta with seafood

Ingredients

paste 250 g
a tomato 1 PC
garlic 2-3 teeth
chopped dill 1 tbsp. the spoon
seafood mix 200gr
butter 30gr
vegetable oil 2-3 st. spoons

Cooking method

  • Boil the peeled seafood in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Peel and chop the tomato. First crush the garlic well and then chop it. Heat the oil (I have olive oil) in a pan, add the garlic, but do not let it cook, so add the tomato almost immediately, and literally two minutes later the dill. Stew it all under the lid for about 5 minutes, it all depends on the tomatoes. As soon as the tomatoes are ready, add seafood to the resulting sauce. Leave the sauce on low heat for a couple of minutes.
  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the pack. Throw the finished pasta into a colander, transfer to a deep bowl, pour the sauce on top, put the butter and mix.
  • Arrange on plates and eat with great pleasure!
