Chicken wings in wine and vegetable sauce

Ingredients

Chicken wings 1 kg (approx)
Spice
Lemon
Onion

Cooking method

  • Marinated chicken wings with spices, lemon, onions and put them in the refrigerator for a day (or whatever happens).

  • Then I fry the wings in vegetable oil until golden brown, add pickled onions (from a bowl with marinade), a little sweet pepper, sour apple, hot bitter ringlets.
  • I add 100 ml of dry white wine and 2 tsp of liquid honey.
  • Fry over high heat until the wine evaporates, when the liquid evaporates and frying in oil begins. Stir and flip the wings constantly.

  • The wings and vegetables acquire a sweet and sour hue, with a little bitter from bitter pepper, very pleasant to the taste.

Note

Alternatively, you can crush the vegetables in a blender and pour the sauce over the wings.
But even in this form, in pieces, everything turned out very tasty.
