Ingredients

Salmon fillet
Bulb onions
Fresh tomatoes
Puff pastry
Oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Simmer onions until soft, spices, salt.
  • Cut the tomatoes into round slices, sprinkle with a little salt and spices and fry in oil (a drop). I recommend putting only fried tomatoes in the pie - the taste is completely different, there is no taste of raw tomatoes.

  • Spread a layer of puff pastry on a baking sheet, a layer of salmon fillet on top, sprinkle a little onion on top, put tomatoes on top.
  • Cover the top with a second layer of dough, fix the edges of two layers. Brush the top with a beaten egg.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 190 * C until tender.

Note

A very tasty and light cake turns out.
Such a cake is good for the New Year's table, when they ran along the street with firecrackers and you want to eat.
It is good to heat such a cake in the microwave.
