Stuffed chicken breasts in a creamy sauce

Ingredients

Chicken breast fillet 4-5 pcs.
Boiled-smoked slices,
raw smoked slicing,
soft cheese (Lambert type)
a little bit of everything
For the sauce:
Bulb onions
Carrot
Sweet pepper
Fresh tomato
Sour apple
Fresh cream 200-300 ml

Cooking method

  • - Cut the slices into strips, cut the cheese into strips. Mix everything.
  • - Make a pocket in the breasts and put slices with cheese in it. Close the pocket and fold the breasts into a baking dish in a row.
  • Making the sauce.
  • - We cut all the vegetables, fry in a pan, salt, pepper, sprinkle with herbs-ants, put the ready-made ones into a mold, put them in free places.
  • - Drizzle with cream to almost cover the breasts.
  • - Put in a cold oven, turn it on at 200 * C and stand until the oven is fully heated, then we reduce it to 170 * C and bring the dish to full readiness.
  • Now cut it open and pour a delicious gravy on top.

Note

A wonderful and delicate dish. Boiled and raw smoked slices give a pleasant smoked flavor. Delicate taste of chicken meat and creamy vegetable sauce.
