"Bashenki" salad of tomatoes with marinated feta cheese

Ingredients

Tomato
Brynza
Canned oil, capers, garlic
Apple
Bitter pepper
Lemon

Cooking method

  • - cut the tomato into 0.5 cm slices.
  • - knead the pickled feta cheese with a fork (not in mashed potatoes, in small pieces) together with pickled garlic. Add a little butter from a jar, capers, garlic to the cheese (crush with a fork)
  • - cut a fresh apple into small cubes.
  • Putting the structure together:
  • Put a slice of tomato, mashed cheese on top,
  • A slice of tomato, a chopped apple and a drop of butter from a jar.
  • And so on, until the end of the blanks.
  • In layers, add pieces of bitter and lemon wedges from a jar.

Note

Now we stick the knitting needles into the turret to strengthen it and cut the turret with a sharp knife lengthwise - we get two turrets.

I grated the apple on a coarse grater (I like the "shaggy" cutting), the rest according to the recipe.
The tomatoes were small and went well.
Life hack. For stability, you need to either cut the bottom of the tomato, or (in the case of piece feeding in a shallow bowl) "prop" the tomato with a slice of apple or a stalk of celery.
