Cheesecakes with fruit gravy

Ingredients

Cottage cheese, flour, eggs, salt - to taste.
For the gravy sauce:
Apple 1 \ 2 pcs.
Apricots 2 pcs.
Peaches 1 PC.
Sugar

Cooking method

  • For the gravy sauce, take the fruit that is at hand.
  • Cut into cubes, put in a bowl, add 3 tbsp. l. sand, and put in the microwave for 3 minutes, mix - done. Taste and add what is missing for your taste.

  • Put the cheese cakes on a plate, pour the gravy sauce on top.

Note

I wanted to depict curd pancakes today, but the dough turned out to be a little steeper than necessary and I made thin cheese pancakes.
