I fry the cutlets - I roll them in bread crumbs (I skip fresh bread too coarse in the chopper), sprinkle the crackers with butter. First, at 180C for 7-10 minutes until the desired type of roast (I put in a heated AF), then at 140-150C for another 5-10 minutes, until cooked. I don’t make big, average cutlets.

But on the other hand, any meat to cook two portions at once turns out faster, the upper floor is ready 3-5 minutes (s) faster, I rent the upper floor and fry the lower one. As a result, it takes much less time for two servings. But the baking rises worse (cake, curd dough) and the upper floor immediately turns red, but the lower one is still ready in due time as it should. Although puff pastry (pies with cheese, apple, etc., sausages in puff pastry) come out super on both floors.
