minced meat
cheese
salt pepper
tomato paste 1 tsp
greens

Cooking method

  • Take mixed mince (several types of meat), salt, black pepper, a lot of finely chopped greens, a teaspoon of tomato paste. We knead the minced meat well. We form balls, inside each we put a piece of cheese, about 1x1 cm in size. I took Swiss cheese. Put in muffin tins, bake for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 200-220 degrees.
