I decided to share my childhood memories with my husband, which made him absolutely delighted!
The exact recipe was not preserved, I made it in my own way, but it turned out even better than it was.

Cheesecake "Happy childhood"

500 grams of pasty cottage cheese (40%)
200 gr sour cream (10%)
100 grams of sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
2 large eggs
15 g starch + 25 g semolina + baking powder at the tip of a knife
25 g butter
bag of lemon zest (optional)
50 gr raisins + 1 dessert spoon of rum (optional)
Pour the raisins with rum (preferably the day before).
Grind cottage cheese with sugar and eggs, add sour cream, stir. Mix starch with semolina and baking powder, add to the curd mixture, mix. Add zest, raisins, stir, pour in melted butter, stir.
Pour the mixture into a 26 cm diameter dish lined with baking paper and bake at T 170 ° (convection 150 °) for ~ 1 hour until golden brown. Willingness to check with a splinter.
You can eat warm and cold with sour cream.

Z. Y. Instead of cottage cheese, you can take curd mass or children's curds, only add less sugar. Well, if you want a higher curd, make a double portion.
