Potato zrazy with prunes (master class)

Ingredients

~ 1 kg of potatoes
2 - 3 onions
salt
1-2 prunes for each cutlet
crackers / semolina / bran for breading

Cooking method

  • Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool slightly and peel. While the potatoes are cooling, chop the onion and fry until transparent. Mash potatoes, add onions, salt and stir until smooth. Form small cakes, put 1-2 prunes in the middle of each, close up the edges, roll each cutlet in breadcrumbs / bran / semolina and fry.
