Spicy cookies

Ingredients

Wheat flour 1 glass
Starch 1/4 Art.
Butter 200 g
Powdered sugar 0.5 tbsp.
Sour cream 30 g
(3 tsp)
Dried almonds or hazelnuts 1/3 tbsp 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Soda on the tip of a knife
Salt pinch
Vanillin
Grated lemon zest 1 tsp
Spices:
1/4 h l each:
Ground cardamom, ground cinnamon,
ground nutmeg, ground ginger,
ground allspice, ground black pepper

Cooking method

  • Beat room temperature butter with powdered sugar with a mixer.
  • Add sour cream, vanillin, salt, lemon zest and spices.
  • Pour in flour and starch mixed with baking powder and baking soda, mix quickly with a mixer. You should have a soft dough.
  • Add coarsely ground nuts (you do not need to peel off the peel).
  • Roll the balls a little more than a walnut (dip your hands in flour when forming balls).
  • There should be 16 cookies.
  • Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and place the cookies at a distance of ~ 5 cm from each other.

Time for preparing:

12 ~ 15 minutes.

Cooking program:

Bake at t = 180 ~ 200 ° С on the lower level of the oven
