Ingredients

Dough:
Flour about

Salt pinch
Sugar 1/2 tbsp.
Margarine 100 g
Egg 1 PC.
Sour cream 4 tbsp. l.
Vanillin

Cooking method

  • glass 250 ml
  • Knead the tough dough, divide into 3 parts and refrigerate for about an hour. When set, grate each piece on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake three cakes. Finely break the still warm cakes, mix with a glass of toasted chopped nuts.
  • Cream
  • Beat 200 g of butter with 1 can of boiled condensed milk.
  • Glaze
  • 3 table. tablespoons of sugar + 3 tsp. cocoa spoons + 3 table. Bring sour cream to a boil, add about 30 grams of plums. oil, bring to a boil again. Let cool slightly and pour over the cake.
  • Mix the cream with crumbs, put on a dish, cover with glaze and garnish with nuts.

The cake recipe is very similar to the legendary "Anthill" with nuts. In my past life, when I baked every other day, in addition to nuts, ants also brought raisins or dried cherries there. It was delicious
