cottage cheese 200g
sugar 1 mstk
flour 2 mstk
sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
baking powder 1 tsp
soda 1/2 tsp
berries (or confiture) 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Beat the whites separately until they become "hard peaks". Mix all the rest of the ingredients and at the end, carefully add the whipped egg whites. Berries can be taken fresh, freshly frozen, ground with sugar, from tinctures or liqueurs or confiture. I took the "drunk" cranberry from cranberry liqueur. Divide into portion molds, filling 2/3 full. I made in paper, embedded in a silicone mold, and in larger silicone molds without paper inserts. Bake in the oven for 180 * -190 * C small for about 30-35 minutes, large for 40-45 minutes:

  • Serve with powdered sugar. It turns out tender and airy cupcakes.


I also baked the little ones in the Princess Pizza Maker for 25 minutes from a cold state.
