quality (eg damp or the dough "falls" when raised), first check the quality of the flour. In most cases, this problem concerns wheat flour, which is the most common. If the wheat is not of good enough quality for baking, do not look for faults in the bread maker or programs you
are using. The problem is most likely the quality of the flour used.
• Amount of ingredients. An important factor in making good bread is the right amount of ingredients. We recommend using a measuring cup or measuring spoon to ensure the correct amount of ingredients. The inappropriate amount of ingredients will greatly affect the final product.
• Measurement of liquids. Measure water, fresh milk or dissolved milk powder with a measuring cup. Determine the level by lifting the glass horizontally to eye level. Before measuring oil and other ingredients, wash the measuring cup thoroughly so that there are no residues of other ingredients in it.
• Measurement of dry matter. Measure the amount of dry matter in this way: gradually collect the ingredient in a measuring cup with a spoon, and when the glass is full, level the substance with a knife and shake the excess.
