Kestrel
It's good that I dropped by here yesterday. Already baked cooked a bun in a double boiler in a Redmond RMC-M13 multicooker (3 liters).

The dough was made by ordinary yeast in KhP according to the favorite recipe "Bread for Toast in a Bread Maker" from Schapirinka

immediately and for baking in HP and for experiment with a double boiler.
-Made in HP Moulinex home bread baguette OW612132 on program 13 - "dough" double rate (we have a lot of eaters)

-After the end of the program, I took out the dough, sent part of it for proofing in HP, (then program 12 "baking")
the rest (divided by eye, about 1/3 of the whole dough), kneaded well, rolled into 3 rolls weighing about 160 grams. each, put them in a multi steamer on a cheesecloth moistened with vegetable oil, and distance in a microwave heated with a glass of water for about 15-20 minutes.

-Since the dough is not my strong point, I have little experience manually (without HP). I saw that the rolls came up very well, I thought that it was too much, but decided to put it that way. I put it on for 40 minutes, after "just in case" I added another 20 minutes. Just in case, I generously smeared the top cover with vegetable oil - this saved me.

- I still didn't calculate with weight - I put 3 (three) rolls weighing about 160 grams of dough each, and they were baked into a whole roll. Only thanks to the oiled lid did not stick to it tightly, peeled off quite well, without loss.

The result is a delicious WHOLE bun for the whole steamer.
And now - for what I started all this: my children are very fond of homemade bread, but categorically do not eat crusts. None. And since I bake rather large rolls every day, and they are eaten, I have already stocked up with bread crumbs for the next 10 years, and so on. To be honest, sorry. And here - voila - such a recipe. the same loaf - but without the crusts. Children appreciated, and this is the main thing. Now I will bake them like that. Just practice a little
