Ten years ago I saw the recipe in the newspaper "Smak", I will not quote the original version (and nowhere), since the recipe has stuck and adapted "for myself."

Chicken under a fur coat

Chicken - any parts
Carrot
Bulb onions
A tomato
Rice
Zucchini
Salt, spices
Optionally - grated cheese, sour cream (mayonnaise)

Salt and pepper the chicken, grate with spices, put on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown. If excess fat has melted, drain it.
Stew carrots with onions and tomatoes (spices - optional), put on top of the chicken.
Cut the zucchini into slices, lay out the next layer.
Boil rice until half cooked, lay out the next layer.
If desired, sprinkle with grated cheese and brush with sour cream (mayonnaise).
Bake in the oven until tender.

Layers of zucchini rice can be swapped (by accident and by mood). You can put a second layer of carrot on top. If the zucchini is not juicy at all (winter), you need to splash some water or broth into the mold.
It turns out a chicken with a delicious aromatic side dish. Stir the layers while serving.

Cooking chicken under a fur coat in a cartoon. She very conscientiously fried chicken pieces in the "baking" mode (2 sides, 20 minutes each). Then she carefully laid out all the layers (I did the vegetable frying in a frying pan on the stove, added bell pepper there at the end). At first I baked for 20 minutes - a little, then another 25 (set it to 40, but forcibly turned it off - I really wanted to eat!). The zucchini was a little harsh: you need to either cut it smaller, or bake it differently: 20 minutes. on one side of the chicken, then turn it over and lay all the garnish layers on top. Bake for 60 - 65 minutes. I sprinkled cheese immediately. My adult daughter, fussy, was almost on duty with a plate near the multi. :) It turned out a lot, a whole saucepan. Today we eat with pleasure.
