  • (note that the cupcake will rise with a cap, so it is better not to pour the dough to the top!)
  • My form was too small for such a quantity of dough, I had to take another one. Thus, I got 2 small cupcakes from one serving.

Note

Another chocolate miracle! Yes Yes! It is a miracle, .... magic, .... a fairy tale. From ordinary bran, which used to be only in the diet of livestock, it turns out an unreal, tasty, festive meal worthy of a festive table! How I am more and more surprised by the skill and imagination of some chefs and pastry chefs! How can you create a “work of confectionery art” from “unsuitable for cooking”, and sometimes even from “flour-grinding waste”? It's just fantastic! Neither Belyaev, nor Bradbury, nor the Strugatskys can find such a thing! Even their sophisticated imagination was not enough for this!
The taste is mega-chocolate and rich! The structure is rather dry (however, as it should be in a cupcake)! The view is perfect! The overall impression is magic!
Very fast, from the available products, a delicious dessert turned out. I recommend giving it a try.

True, he could not outshine the Brownie from the vegetable marrow (or pumpkin)! Still, they are beyond competition. But in the absence of vegetables (pumpkin and zucchini) - a very worthy alternative to chocolate pastries.

Cherries, I think, can be replaced with black currants. It will be delicious too.

Grind oatmeal?
So I think about the same thing))
Guzel62
Piano, Dixsi, girls. I’m even at a loss to answer. I'm afraid if you grind the flakes finely, then the dough will not be so fluffy, airy, bubbly ... the flour will absorb moisture and the dough will become more dull. And how will it behave when baking? You can, of course, try. But do not grind very finely and knead and put the dough to bake quickly so that the flour does not stick together ...
Piano
I will try
