I read on another forum that there was an option with pressure and there the bowl was made of cast iron, without a strip, now that version is no longer sold.

It exists, only it is not available now, at least in Moscow.
I took the designations from another site:
3L (IHFB01CM)
4L (IHFB02CM)
3L (YLIH01CM) with pressure function
And it costs twice as much as without pressure

I cooked rice, it turned out not crumbly, but delicious. I cooked rice on the program, which was one hour. The program turned off 12 minutes earlier.

What an interesting cartoon!
Congratulations on your purchase.
2000 rice dishes - it killed me on the spot. Where are we with potato dishes.
Irlarsen
I love her dearly. An unexpected plus appeared during the operation. One evening we left on business. The teenager's son was left alone, the big boy has already grown up. Message me: cartoon finished work! I call my son with a simple question, why are you, dear friend, not at school? The fact that you cook yourself a hot lunch is great, but skipping school is not good! Like this!

Cartoon burned son
Irina, my son would stop cooking after this, at least he would treat such dishes with prejudice. He really doesn't like being watched.

Girls, is there a delayed start and milk porridge?

figured everything out. you need to bring the bodies closer during the initial binding. I'll try to make a yogurt. I'll write it off
Leonidas
Great rice cooker. The cereals will turn out delicious, pilaf too. Casseroles, omelets .. The size of the bowl is not large, for 2 people it is normal
caprice23
I thought about buying a small multicooker. 3 liters. There is Moulinex 5-liter, but too big for me.
I really like Xiaomi externally. So pretty. Considering no pressure.
But it's embarrassing that there is no temperature and time adjustment.
I realized that she cooks the side dishes well. And porridge? And if with a delay from the evening? Not too much an hour of cooking after a night of swelling of cereals in milk?
And how about the pastries? Does it work? Biscuits, casseroles?
I would be grateful for a detailed answer

A slow cooker is needed for cereals, cereal side dishes, broths, pilaf, stewing, and maybe baking. How much do you need to dance with tambourines in order to make friends and achieve acceptable results for yourself?

And how is the cup? How many already serve? How is the quality?
caprice23
Hey people !!! Are you Xiaomi owners?

Hey people !!! Are you Xiaomi owners?
I didn't cook soups in a rice cooker, I cooked pilaf, it's something crumbly. I cook milk porridge on a delayed start, casseroles, muffins, omelet. Various cereals and yogurt and kefir. I pour milk at room temperature, add the starter culture and set the time - kefir or yogurt always work out. The rice is excellent, but often the rice itself is not tasty. Thanks to the rice cooker, they fell in love with barley. I like the rice cooker. I used to have a slow cooker, I didn't cook soups in it.

For baking, the oven is better for me. Although I baked a carrot cake and a curd casserole, everything worked out great

This cartoon interests me. True, more in size and appearance. I don't like large multicooker.

I put it on for an hour, opened it 40 minutes later, checked it for readiness, refilled it with milk, and closed it for the remaining 20 minutes. Total hour (40 + 20)

This is love at first sight.

In general, I have an old and tender love with Xiaomi, half of the apartment is filled with their products - everything is super-duper

Yes ! We ask you to tell everything in detail!
Irlarsen
Quote: caprice23
how much to cook and proportions.
I put rice for the night for a maximum of 4 hours. The proportions are 1 to 9-10. She's already brown. I like. But less is possible. But rice should be at least an hour and a half. But here you have to look at what kind of rice.
The rest for a minimum time of 40 minutes. The proportions are normal. If oatmeal, for example, then I just turn it off earlier, and that's all, if I really want to eat. And so in 40 minutes a lovely soft!

PISI. Actually, except for rice and rolled oats, no one else eats any porridge. Buckwheat on rice. Nobody eats dairy buckwheat either, and we don't have much buckwheat here either. Rice is natural only in this cartoon. I have to quickly put 40 minutes. There is time - I start the usual program, the one that is the first on the buttons

But my favorite button is that in Russian, steaming and cooking, in English steaming. I have 15 minutes in my favorites (the last physical button) On it there are any macaros (fill, pour water to close a little), cook eggs or fry them, omelet. Carrots or onions, if you suddenly need to sprinkle separately somewhere.
Rita
Irlarsen, merci! Is the bowl normal there? Good coverage?
Irlarsen
Rita, The cup is eternal there! I have already changed everything, but this one is like new! There are no extreme programs, maybe that's why?
caprice23
Irina, and how many have you already had this cartoon? Has it been working for a long time?
Irlarsen
caprice23, I'm trying to remember. I bought it at the start of sales. Where is the information in what year it was released?
Rita
Irlarsen, understandably. And then I have a little Filya, milk porridge has already begun to stick to the bowl. And he does not cook milk porridge very well. And we from dairy very much respect millet with pumpkin.
caprice23
Quote: Irlarsen

Kind of like at the end of 2017

Somewhere at the same time I bought a replacement bowl for my Moulinex and I already have it all "not very", although I only cook porridge, broths and sometimes carcass.I don’t fry.

Namesake, but do not share the recipe (straight specifically for Fili).
In the meantime, I read about Xiaomi.
Although I have two Fili, and both are still nothing ... I love them dearly.
Rita
mamusi, you are welcome!
150 g washed millet
600 ml of farm milk, unpasteurized - it behaves better in this multicooker
I put a pumpkin on my eye - a couple of handfuls
1h l. salt
1 tsp Sahara
And on Kasha 45 minutes.

Lordy, why am I reading this topic

I’m not nada or nada !!!

Yulya.Yalta, mannik just looks awesome !!!
caprice23
Well FSE, I came to share my impressions
I cooked jasmine rice for a side dish, buckwheat porridge and manna, which Yulya.Yalta showed us today. As I saw Yulin mannik, I was already on fire to cook. Thank you very much!
Mannik here

I didn’t grease the bowl with anything, so it stuck a little along the edges, but it came out of the bowl wonderfully.
Baked in 1 hour on the "baking" well. I couldn't bake in Moulinex, I always baked in the oven. It's great there. But then for the sake of experiment I decided to try and the result is just excellent!

I put buckwheat porridge in the evening so that it would be ready by morning. With a delay for "congee" 40 minutes (possible for 1 hour). It boiled well, but the milk was apparently too much. Did 1: 5.

Jasmine rice. On "rice" 1 hour in a ratio of 1: 1.5. But either the proportions need to be changed, or that I have not yet understood. Cooked well, not sticky, but I think it tastes better on the stove in a saucepan. I cook according to Pokhlebkin. I will try again.

But so far I am very happy with Sema. Or This Seraphim? Girl?)
There are two questions at the moment. How do I change the altitude in the settings now? My city was determined automatically, and for some reason the height was "0". Although far from "0".
And there are those who cook according to the marks in the saucepan? At w3bsit3-dns.com they write that just when you pour liquid according to the marks, an excellent ratio is obtained, better than measuring with cups. But I haven't figured it out with the tags yet
Irlarsen
Quote: caprice23
On "rice" 1 hour in a ratio of 1: 1.5
Here rice is "sensory", that is, when the water boils off, it turns off. The scale is how much rice, how much water is excellent. But I've been doing it by eye for a long time. This is, by and large, a rice cooker. You can play with the "rice curve" to the point of insanity.

I have a city at a height of zero, so I thought it was right. You really don't need it. They are crazy there on their rice, we will not notice such shades of taste that depend on the height at sea. I think they automatically change this taste scale depending on the height, take into account that it boils longer
caprice23
Irina, the height above sea level is most of all needed not even for rice, but for cereals, so that they do not boil too much, do not run away. But nothing escaped me even to "0".
But about the tags did not understand how to use them? Here I take for example 1 tbsp. rice and ....? I want to cook a side dish

Quote: Irlarsen

Oh thanks, interesting observation. I did it, I prepared 10 minutes faster than the declared one

Irinaand "quick rice" is also touch?
Irlarsen

There, on the left, there are labels 1, 2, etc. for rice, and on the right for water. Pour rice and pour water at risk (it is slightly above the rice level). I often pour more water than rice, if I know that the rice will stand for a long time on the heating. True, we always have the same brand of rice - basmati. It so happened that everyone loves him. It is simply incomparable with the standard

And at first I played with the curve, it's pretty cool to change it on the phone

I had this cartoon (more precisely, the application), it was also in Chinese, there, in addition to the curve, there was still a lot to do, even barcodes on packs of rice could be read. Then English appeared and it was gone
caprice23
Quote: Irlarsen

Understood, I'll try, thanks

When the Russian language is installed, it shows my city and the height above sea level, but when I switch to English, it does not show anything. Where can I find them in English? Maybe you can change it.

On w3bsit3-dns.com I read that cereals are measured with glasses, and liquid by marks. Hmm. And how is it correct? Interesting
