I did not take the most interesting photo - how cozy the hemispheres sit in the test.

Timed the time - I made 4 servings in 30 minutes (4 * 19 = 76 pieces). And then, the hands did not remember how to roll the dough and everything somehow did not go like clockwork. I haven't made dumplings for a year! The dough in the morning in the combine for about ten minutes everything about everything, grind the minced meat, knead and in molds - about 30 minutes.

I will say separately about the Horso molds - the silicone there is really cool (the manufacturer says that it is platinum), smart stiffeners from the bottom. The minced meat was falling out of the molds super. Compared to honeycombs, the difference is felt. The honeycomb is much softer.

In general, I am very, very happy with the result. I enjoyed making dumplings because the whole process was broken down into convenient steps that I can do throughout the day. With a small child, this is VERY important.

What I will note for myself and for beginners:

1. It is not necessary to stuff Horso's molds so that you also have to sit on top to tamp them. Minced meat will increase in size in the freezer and can push through the bottom of the dough (legs of a dumpling maker of a certain height)
2. Roll out both layers of dough first - one on the dumpling maker, the second on the cover, and only then lay out the hemispheres. As the minced meat is frozen, the dough becomes brittle.

About the dumplings - they fall out of this black one! I don’t know - either the minced meat is so well adjusted to the size of the dough, or it’s a coating, but I had to squeeze them out of my old Soviet dumpling machine. And here is beauty.
