I bought this cottage cheese machine from Bradex. How convenient! And why did I hesitate for so long? Yes, it is small, but for two it is quite suitable. I make cottage cheese almost every day, fresh (hot, from milk and sour cream).
Yuliya K
Lagri, Maria - I've been looking at him for so long too! Threw it out of the ozone basket so many times! But it turned out to be such a wonderful "kid", just a godsend for a small amount of cottage cheese !! It is equally good for frozen cottage cheese and for hot fermentation!

Masha, what is convenience? The fact that you can fold it back without fabric, right?
And then I have a Teskomovskaya cheese maker, but the holes in it are significant ~ without fabric in any way!

well ... Ksyusha, there is no way without fabric, they are oblong slits. And a bag of rags is attached. I use it for cheese.

I have a press.
Lika_n
I bought this one for my dad, with our money 20 grams (0.75 American cents :)) they are of different sizes.
inserted a bucket into the plastic and already a full-fledged unit :))

Lika_n, Angelica, cool and budget gadgets! , I would have typed these, too, in different sizes! It's a pity I haven't seen such on sale ...

Lika_n, Angelica, without fabric in these forms it is possible, do I understand correctly?
Eugene
Lika_n, Angelica, did you buy in a store or order online?
Lika_n
mamusi , I at myself :)) bought. And you had a section even earlier, and I was surprised ... how no one saw :))

Eugene , I saw in the Internet shops with us, but the price is a couple)), since it is too high .. and then I was at the station (there is like a market) and bought it .. there were three types.
but I also saw it in household stores (small ones) with us, not in all .. you need to ask.

From what I managed to try with my dad, without a cloth it is good with sourdough - meito .. in this form .. when you poured it out .. you move it from side to side)) the cheese comes out intensively - there are many holes :)) it is distributed in shape.

just didn't have time for cheese, sorry, it was 4 days.

I fold it back without a cloth, everything turns out fine, but first I put this strainer in a container and pour the serum into it, and then I put it only in the bowl from the apparatus. I cook cottage cheese in the evening, it's worth the night in the refrigerator. All the whey drains overnight and in the morning a great curd.

Yes, the kid is great. I'm 100 percent happy. Before him, I also adapted with a colander and bowls. But with this baby it is much more convenient and faster or something. If it is not enough, I will buy a second one.

Girls, help me, I'm sitting at the computer, ordering hats for straining cottage cheese. Here they gave a link.
Hat "Charlotte" for the Solarium.
I’ll buy it, but what if it’s not right, does the water pass through, as if it’s not dense? It is not clear from the picture.
Has anyone taken it? It, isn't it?
Elena Tim
I bought, Ritus, I liked it. The quality is slightly denser than medical ones. Before using, the cap was rinsed, it immediately began to pass water well. At the expense of the impregnation, which was feared here, I can not say anything, I do not see any difference with honey. hats, except for a slightly higher density and quality of tailoring. Packed funny - it seems that there are some elastic bands for stockings in the bag, and you unfold it - a hat.
mamusi
Elena Tim, Helen, that's good, I ordered yesterday at Ozone, without waiting for an answer. The son laughs, says * Mom, what are you for 176 rubles. worried! Not suitable for cottage cheese ~ you use it in the garden, you will cover the cups with seedlings. But three pieces. leave - one for me, and two dogs for two! *
Trishka
And I have oblomchikus, they called and said that there is no Teskomovsky device, and there will be no two months ...

I forgot the boast, I’m now with Teskomovsky’s cheese maker, oh, turn around
Thanks to Olechka Biryusa!

And I received a delicate delicacy appliance. I sit I look through the instructions. It is embarrassing that there is no company name anywhere in the Instruction Book. Just a piece of glass. And that's all ...
As if some kind of self-starter ...

Devices for making curd

Multvarochka Toshiba made me a curd and I divided it into two devices: a new one (as if Bradeks)) and Teskomovskaya cheese maker (which is much more solid) ... This one has a box and a book, like a Book. Glazed paper. The company logo is.

Devices for making curd
Yuliya K
mamusi, there is a sticker on the box that the brand is bradex! But since it looks very much like Lecue, even with the picture and color of the package, that's why you can see their box without the logo!
Devices for making curd.
Lecue costs exactly 10 times more, they also have a laminated box like Teskoma, so why should they save on that!
mamusi
Yuliya K, Aaaaa ... like this ... yes
Clear! Yul, at least you reassured me. And I already thought somewhere under the bridge ... the plastic is dangerous
Who will do in the micro, girls? As in the instructions ... And I'm used to it on the stove, and recently in the Multicooker, so share your experience ...

I'm not talking about it in a dream, not in spirit ... I'm the kind that would buy a real brand. (I'm afraid of fakes because of cheap plastic) maybe in vain. I do not know...
Teskiy took about 2500 in the summer.
And zles 300 r. And the plastic looks, of course, different ..
Well, what is done is done. I'll see how often he will be at work ... Is it necessary. I will appreciate it. Then I'll decide.
Now both are "working". Stand in the refrigerator. In teskom spicy curd cheese with herbs under the press.
Bradeks has just a soft curd.
Will be for breakfast in the morning!

Yes, it is clear that it is so calmer, but paying almost 4 thousand for a bucket with a strainer and a lid, even if it is made of super-class plastic, is somehow too expensive ... IMHO. Teskoma is even cheaper, its price can be understood: stylish look, high-quality plastic and with a spring press!

At last!
It is so roomy and deep that a kilogram of cottage cheese will go in there, I’m kaatsa.
The holes in the mesh are only slightly larger than in my KuchenLand sieve, but still quite small. Oh, I'm so glad, so glad!
And although lately, thanks to the honey caps, I have not had problems with straining the cottage cheese, I will gladly forget about them, because there is nothing more convenient for me than a sieve.

I cook yogurt cottage cheese in a slow cooker, put it on a multi cooker at 80 degrees for 2 hours and leave it on heating for 2 hours. Then I open the lid of the multicooker, so that it cools down at least to a warm state, on a sieve in gauze and hang it. I cooked like that for a long time.
A month ago, a COW was discovered in the village next to the dacha
This is very rare in our time. The villagers themselves buy milk (and not only, practically all milk) in the village selmag.
I bought mushhsh of village milk, but cottage cheese does not work according to my method. I remembered how my grandmother made cottage cheese. Maybe someone will come in handy:
Pour the sour milk into a large saucepan. Boil fresh milk and pour boiling into sour milk, stir with a spoon, cover with a lid and leave for 1 - 2 hours. Proportions 2: 1. I had 2 liters of sour and 1 liter of fresh. Strain on a sieve (I put another piece of gauze or thin coarse calico in the sieve), and hang the serum to glass.
The cottage cheese turned out to be mortal !!!! Soft, tasty, not sour at all
Now this is the only way I will cook cottage cheese
julia_bb

I had 2 liters of sour milk
How did you get sour and what kind of milk?
k @ wka
We bought country milk, didn't put it in the refrigerator, put it in a warm, dark place (in a cabinet in the kitchen). It by itself turned sour and turned out to be yogurt. You can add a little sour cream to speed up the fermentation process. I didn't add it this time.
Yes, I forgot to say. When the milk turned sour, a sour cream type formed at the very top of the can, fatty milk and cream floated to the top of the can. This cream, and in fact already sour cream, I carefully removed with a spoon into another jar. It also turned out 300 grams of sour cream.
If you do not remove the sour cream, then the cottage cheese will turn out to be too fat. And I don't need one. It turns out to be quite fat even without sour cream.
julia_bb
Galina, I see, thanks)
And today I took my set Bradeks Delicate delicacy, tomorrow I will buy milk and make curd
Trishka
Girls, everyone!
Who has a kefir mushroom, tell me from this kefir you can make cottage cheese by freezing, or will it fail?
And how does it taste?
eta-007
Trishka, Ksyusha, I didn’t try to freeze it (I don’t bring the mushroom to "industrial" size - I have it for 300 grams of kefir), but I add almost all the time to cheese for fermentation in a delicate delicacy.
Trishka
Yeah, so you can try and freeze
Thank you !

And if it's not a secret, then 300 ml. How much milk do you put in?

eta-007
Trishka, Ksyusha, it's not a secret at all, 5x5 cm in one layer and it sometimes becomes thick, but it probably depends on milk and the heat, of course. Freeze, write, please, maybe I'll stop throwing it out, but I'll freeze the cottage cheese. From the surplus.

Only I meant that it was not the mushroom itself that was frozen, but the kefirchik from it, and then from it, cottage cheese, maybe it was not the way I wrote it, you didn’t understand, or I didn’t understand ..

Quote: Trishka
Not quite sure how it is?

I didn't measure with spoons. After washing, I have it on a flat surface, visually, a 5x5 square, probably a tablespoon.

Quote: Trishka
maybe not as I wrote it, you didn’t understand, or I don’t understand ..

No, Ksyusha, that's right, I understand. I meant that I do not increase the amount of milk (and, accordingly, kefir), I constantly discard the extra mushroom so that the milk does not oxyderate.
Trishka
Yeah, got it, thanks!
