For today, I think that we have almost managed to come to an agreement with HP, I bake (bake) bread with the addition of whole grain flour, kefir + potatoes. mashed potatoes. (No dough) "Program 9", whole grain bread. I am very pleased, by the way, now I choose the color of the crust 1, the thickness of the crust has decreased.

The only thing is that I can’t adjust to baking with a delayed start. I experimented during the day, everything worked out, but I left it for the night already 2 times - it blew the roof (cracked), I guess it was warmer in the kitchen during the day than at night, but I'm not sure what the reason is yet.

I'm a bit out of luck. I bought a bread machine, and it looks like it has lost brains. I made 4 pastries and found out that my oven was spinning with a knife just before baking. The result is deplorable. Now I passed it to the store, I'm waiting for a replacement
By the way!

By the way, did you also notice that there is no recipe for the classic bread program in the book? Which is number 4? I don't really understand how this can be. There is a program, but no recipe. How can you bake classic wheat bread in it? What is the recipe?
the classic recipe is written in paper instructions

Here is the recipe from the instructions:
Classic bread (program 4) for 1 kg
Water - 330 ml
Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Sugar - 1 tbsp. the spoon
Dry milk - 2 tbsp. spoons
Flour - 605 gr.
Yeast - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Good day to all colleagues in baking! I bought this bread maker over a year ago. Since I love rye or Borodinsky, it took a very long time to pick up the recipe. And now, finally, something will turn out according to the following recipe: Flour: (peeled rye) - 280 gr, wheat (w / c) - 190 gr .; Cheese Serum - 270 ml; Apple. vinegar - 1.5 s. l .; Sunflower oil - 3 p. l .; Rzh malt. - 3 p. l .; salt - 3 tsp; honey - 3c. l .; Yeast - 2 tsp
Program 10 ("rye"), weight 750 g, medium crust. First, I dilute honey in 75 ml boiling water, dissolve the salt and steam the malt. Then I pour in some of the whey, pour out the steamed malt and honey with salt, then the rest of the whey. I attach photos, although the appearance is not very good, but the taste is normal.

Here is a photo of my rye.

Kind time of day at this difficult time!
On April 5, 2020 bought Moulinex OW240E30. Chose based on the product description:

Repaired product. Designed for ease of repair,
Economical and fast delivery of spare parts for products over 10 years old,
6,500 repair centers worldwide ...

Scanned cycle tables from paper instructions:

Bread maker Moulinex OW240E30
Bread maker Moulinex OW240E30
Bread maker Moulinex OW240E30

The table shows that the longest mode is 7 ("Sweet bread")
The last column "Additional" begs the question. This clock cannot be used when setting up before the start ?!
From helpful instruction pages:

Bread maker Moulinex OW240E30

the page shows the order of entering the ingredients. Although in some recipes this principle is changed?
I am mastering mode 4 ("Classic bread") by selecting a recipe.
Nobody has counted the recipe of classic bread for 1 kg of weight for another weight of 750 g with an exception from the recipe for powdered milk?
This is a recipe from the instructions for 1 kg of weight with milk powder:

1. Water = 300 ml
2. Sunflower oil = 2 tbsp. l.
3. Salt = 1.5 tsp.
4. Sugar = 1 tbsp. l.
5. Powdered milk = 2 tbsp. l.
6. Flour Т55 = 605 g.
7. Yeast = 1.5 tsp.

What will it be after recalculation?

the oven scrolls with a knife just before baking. The result is deplorable. Now I passed it to the store, I'm waiting for a replacement
Do not remember, according to the readings on the display, at what minute the knife was spinning? How are you with replacing the stove? Replaced or refurbished?

Maybe someone will come in handy, I found in the reviews the life hack of the owner of this stove Badukin Sergey for baking yeast-free sourdough bread.

Bought specifically for baking yeast-free sourdough bread. The baking technology of this bread assumes a longer proofing time of the dough (3-5 hours), which is not the case in automatic modes. The "longest" mode "4. White bread "or" 6. French bun "- 3 hours 10 minutes (when choosing the maximum weight of bread 1000 g). These modes work like this: ~ 30 min. kneading, ~ 30 min. proofing, then again kneading and proofing. It takes 2 hours. Then baking ~ 1 hour. Thus, kneading and proofing lasts 2 hours. And since this is not enough for yeast-free bread, I turn off this mode after 2 hours of work (i.e. before baking) and turn on the “18. Yogurt "or" 19. Drinking yoghurt ". In these modes, there is a slight heating (~ 40 C) at which the dough is proofed in "warmth" for about 2 hours (more or less, depending on the speed of raising the dough). Then I turn on the “14. Baking "for 1 h. 10 min. And all the bread is ready.
I have the following scheme for yeast-free bread:
Mode 4. White bread - 2 hours (out of 3 hours, not until the end).
Mode 19. Yogurt - 2 tsp.
Mode 14. Baking - 1 hour. 10 min.
5 hours and the bread is ready.

Received the first recipe bread from the forum:

Bread maker Moulinex OW240E30

KP recorded the stages of work on paper. Program - 4 "Classic bread", weight - 750 g, crust - medium.

Start ->
3:02 - slow kneading - 10 min.
2:52 - vigorous kneading - 27 min.
2:25 - settling - 22 min.
2:03 - scrolling the scapula - a few seconds.
2:03 - settling - 24 min.
1:39 - scrolling the scapula - a few seconds.
1:39 - rise - 46 min.
0:53 - baking - 53 min.

There is no such timing in the instructions from the stove.
Wouldn't it be nice to compare this result with your colleagues at the stove?

- vigorous kneading - 26 min.
- settling - 24 min.
- scrolling the scapula - a few seconds.
- settling - 24 min.
- scrolling the scapula - a few seconds.
- rise - 44 min.
- baking - 48 min.

Mode 6 French at 0.75
- slow kneading - 10 min.
- vigorous kneading - 20 min.
- settling - 25 min.
- scrolling the scapula - a few seconds.
- settling - 25 min.
- scrolling the scapula - a few seconds.
- rise - 45 min.
- baking - 55 min.

Mode 7 Sweet at 0.75
- slow kneading - - min.
- vigorous mixing - - min. Total mixing time 46-47 min
- settling - 32-33 min.
- scrolling the scapula - a few seconds.
- upholding -? min.
- scrolling the scapula - a few seconds. Apparently I did not hear the inclusion, logically it should be
