Yesterday I welded tongues in a pressure cooker, and in the evening I realized that I have nowhere to shove them vaaa! The entire refrigerator is full of bowls of dough and creams. On one shelf there is a 40k hour without kneading, on the other - I urgently wanted such rolls, the third is all in sourdough. Pets are burning over me !!!! They ask them to buy at least a small refrigerator for the sausage !!!

Today I baked 12 pieces from half of the dough, the second part of the dough is in the refrigerator. It turned out to be delicious! But I only had enough custard for 10 pieces, I made two with Nutella. Apparently I put a lot of filling. Wonderful shape of buns - nothing got out anywhere, buns melt in your mouth. The cream was not without incident, the first time I did not bring it to the required thickness, I did it like for a cake, but I boiled it a little more and the cream stayed on the spoon
I will try with different fillings, the dough is just awesome, after ripening it has such a pleasant slightly wine aroma, like from the dough for cakes.
