Pinscher from the most tender sour cream (after Tatiana Litvinova) (page 3)

anuta-k2002
Vikulya, did the sour cream one more time. This time I collected it in the ring. No sour cream came out. I'm glad. Made a quarter of a serving. But for some reason I got a biscuit with a dome. She didn't decorate with anything. I just smeared it with sour cream on top. For morning tea. Thanks again for the recipe.
For my sister, on a Saturday holiday, I decided to do it with your cream cheese cream.
Here is a cut.

anuta-k2002, Anechka, now look how well the sour cream layer is visible, right? I like :) You didn't use a thickener? And the dome - try to reduce the baking powder a little, I think, maybe, what kind of thermonuclear you have :))

I think this is a great, really festive, option. And when is your sister's holiday? Will you share it later?
anuta-k2002
Kinglet, No, I didn't put the thickener in the sour cream. I just mixed sour cream 15% with icing sugar. Due to the fact that it was collected in the ring, the cream did not flow out under the weight of the cake. I really liked it.
Last night I baked with soda, it still worked with the dome. Do you bake this sour cream without a dome? I suspect I have a problem with the oven temperature. She's a young lady with bells and whistles, and even a gas one.
We will celebrate a holiday at my sister's on Saturday. I'll show you what happens, of course. My plans, as always, are Napoleonic, but what comes out - we'll see. In any case, the reporter, as soon as I return home, I promise to show you.

I also have a dome, Anya, but very small. I cut it off neatly and that's it :) I never even thought about it, I have these cut-off lids for potatoes to align the cake, I will already miss something without them :)
marinastom
Vika, thanks!
I waited a long time for inspiration, it happened yesterday, and there was a reason ...
The cake with cocoa (or rather, with Nesquik, the cocoa ran out inappropriately) baked in the oven, light in Shtebe.
Everyone liked it very much!

These are leftovers, now I dabbled with coffee. Nearby is a piece of light cake. It turned out so unexpectedly that more than a third of the children ate it just like that, until the main item hit the table.
Kinglet
marinastom, Marina, what an exemplary even-porous it turned out to be What an appetizing nyamka, how bite it is with coffee, mmm It's very nice when the recipe meets expectations Thanks for such a delicious photo :))
marinastom
Yes, coffee in the morning, that's all for us ... And with such a cake, finally!

Vikulya, the promised report.

I don’t understand how you put normal pictures from the contact. I can not.
The sour cream is excellent. It turned out to be gentle. Soaked a lot, as I always do. I alternated with poppy cakes Natapit poppy cake. I layered it with cream cheese cream based on yours (I messed it up with cream - I froze them on the hike and they went in lumps, I messed it up with cheese - I took new cream cheese for a sample, but it turned out to be rude, it's good that I took only 1 small jar, and plus to this, since the cream was not enough - I added sour cream) and no matter how I tried to ruin the cake, it still turned out delicious)))
Vikulya, thank you very much again.
Kinglet
anuta-k2002, aaah, what a beauty :))) I think my sister should have been sooooo happy
anuta-k2002
The sister was pleased with the insides, and the birthday son was happy with the picture. I screwed up a lot with cake. But even all my titanic efforts could not spoil such a delicious sour cream.
NataST
How long have I been looking for such a sour cream - tender, tasty, not clogged! Thank you Vikulya, huge for sharing such a successful recipe!
I did not even expect that sour cream cake can be so "airy", even crumbly
The only thing - I really felt the soda, there was no baking powder and I put 3 tsp of soda as per the recipe - then I read a lot in the comments that I needed 2 tsp - the delicate structure is preserved, but there is no such taste. That is, you can safely reduce the soda to 2 tsp? And do spoons go with a slide or under a knife?
I collected it in a ring, cut it into cubes, but the baby did not give time to smear each layer separately - so I dumped everything into a bowl of cream and mixed it, it all almost turned into porridge (I said very tender cakes), tamped it in the ring and at the exit got such a cake
Pinscher from the most tender sour cream (after Tatiana Litvinova)
If you do everything as it should be - keeping the cubes - I think the cut won't let you down, I didn't take a picture of my own - it turned out to be hefty uniform
In general, thanks to you, I found my "recipe" for sour cream! We must also try how it works with baking powder and with a decrease in soda, bring it to the ideal)) Thank you!
Arka
Vika, you write temptingly, I want to try

light in Shteba.
Marina, tell me exactly how to do it in Shtebe? Straight in the details - for the dumb
marinastom
Nata, Wow! Thank you, of course, for such a high assessment of my memory!
It seems that I baked on Kasha 0.3 maximum time (hour 39, Shteba DD1)

Added on Tuesday 02 Aug 2016 5:09 PM

Details: mixed everything, poured it into a greased bowl and sent to bake. After that, you have to let it stand a little, which I did not do (the first mistake). Then I had to shake it out on the board, I stepped and put it on the edges of a flat bowl, they say, it would cool better. And he, cake, and I fell into this bowl. Well, okay, crumble anyway!

Yes, I think you can safely reduce it. I measure with measuring spoons without a hill, under the knife.

Yeah, that's the beauty of the Pinscher, right?

Soooo, so the question popped up ...
I will assume that I am not original with him, and someone was already interested.
Is it possible to reduce sugar without compromising the quality of the cakes? If so, how much?

I’ll answer honestly: I don’t know, I don’t have a lot of sugar in it, so I didn’t even have such a question Try to make it to your taste
Tumanchik
Vikulya, catch the report! Today I made a cake for the 5th anniversary of one beloved person (with all adults, right vapChe)!
Everything was running, hot and crowded. So I'm sorry, but I didn't take a photo myself. She instructed the children. Enough later .... all took a picture except the cake. But this is still the best photo. The rest are worse
The cake is very tasty, delicate and beautiful.
Painted green. Soaked in sweet jasmine tea. Cream between the cakes: cottage cheese + butter + condensed milk. Two colors: white and cherry. With the help of the package, I laid it out in circles, alternating. Smooth with whipped cream. The top was covered with chocolate icing. Decorations: adorable for children. In general, everyone is delighted! Thank you very much!

beautifully decorated the edges: drew zigzags in the form of pickets. first with dark chocolate, white on top. chilled. then she put the pickets around the entire circumference of the cake on the cream. turned out to be very beautiful shock arrows like a fence. It was interesting and beautiful. It is convenient to cut - they are not connected with each other. The piece of arrow is on the left on the plate.

The hero of the day is sorting gifts. He ate machankas with pancakes and cakes, licked the rest of the creams. Sends greetings!
Arka
So I baked it!
Not without adventure ...
I remember here, but I don’t remember here
I baked in the headquarters, and even though Marina told me everything (that's why bother a person with questions, if later you forget to follow the advice ?!), Marina did the wrong thing.
I baked on Kasha, but the pressure remained 0.7. Why is there 0.7 by default ?!
But I also forgot about the time and instead of 1:39 put only 45 minutes. This saved the sour cream from the "coal", only the bottom was burnt, and I understood it by the smell. I thought - everything, kapets! But no, he survived. After cooling on a wire rack, I cut a little less cm from the bottom.
Now it is wrapped in foil, waiting in the fridge - it is ripening.
A! I also didn't have enough cocoa, I scraped 60 grams. Well, since I added cocoa to the whole dough (there was no time for that either), according to my subjective feelings there is only a hint of chocolate taste, and the color is like light milk chocolate.
Than to layer, while I think ... We don't have sour cream ...
Can we use cream, or can we use custard? .. Or cream of lime? I do not know...
marinastom
Nata, great in the morning!
A cream, can we, condensed milk with butter?
we would dare to all the listed with a bang ...
Arka
Yes, I would only eat cream! I don't even need cakes, for me they are just an excuse to eat cream

Vika, Thank you! Finally we tried your sour cream, I did a little distorted Cream Svetlenki-n from cupcakes. Delicious!

: rose: I have a belated thank you !!!
I liked it - it is very good, only - I took homemade butter, it tasted a little, but I just noticed it, - next time I will do it with the store! Thank you!
Kinglet
Ksyu-juha, Oksana, good luck, I'm glad that the recipe did not disappoint :)))
Svetta
Vikulya, I made this sour cream last Saturday, guests came to us. And it seems like my handles are both right (well, I think so) and grow correctly, but I had a complete and unconditional fiasco with him! At the exit, I had two absolutely lumpy half-baked non-rising cakes !!! And I had to hastily bake other cakes overnight and collect Pinscher. My guests were not spoiled for pastries and devouredate a cake. It's good that I also had Napoleon, so the experience of the sweet table was great!
Pinscher from the most tender sour cream (after Tatiana Litvinova)
I poured icing between dishes, slightly underexposed, did not freeze to condition, well, nothing, there was no way out, poured it.
Vika, I will definitely try to bake at least one cake once again, I still want to master it.
Kinglet
svetta, Sveta, it's a pity that such a failure happened. It's especially annoying when it was needed on the festive table. I don't bake new cakes on the festive table right away - I'm afraid, at first I make trial ones, because, unlike yours, my pens were presented to me more than once unpleasant surprises But I can’t even imagine what exactly was wrong with your Smetannik. Next time, if, of course, you still decide to bake it, whistle and we’ll bake together step by step with pictures. Then maybe we'll figure it out :)
Parhanya
I liked the delicate cake !!

Parhanya, very cute cake!
Maryka
Kinglet, Vika, tell me, is there a difference in taste between a cake cooked in pieces and a cake made with shortcakes?
Kinglet
Maryka, Mayechka, in my opinion, there is no particular difference, but in the case of Pinscher, of course, he turns out to be more saturated, a little softer :)
Maryka
Thank you, Vika, I thought so.
Solistka
Complete failure (((The biscuit in the middle was not baked at all, volgy, heavy, although it was normal in height - in a 5-liter bowl of Shteba somewhere 8 cm. I did everything without deviating from the recipe. Always the biscuits turned out perfectly, there were never any problems here this ... Tomorrow the child is one year old, I wanted to please loved ones with a new version of sour cream. The unbaked cake itself is quite tasty. It's a pity that it didn't work out, I'll go bake a new biscuit.
Kinglet
Solistka, I am very, very sorry I suspect that for a multicooker this is a very heavy baking - perhaps it was necessary to increase the baking time, but these are just my assumptions, I never baked this sour cream in a multicooker, always only in the oven
Albina
I want this cake. Everybody thought that it was not difficult. But the latest posts are somehow not inspiring. I thought that it would be quietly baked in the cartoon ... I have no experience in baking a biscuit in the oven. Except for the rolls (they always came out). And there is only one form.
marinastom
And it's not true at all! Everything is fine and in a multicooker it turns out, the main thing is to withstand time.
The road will be mastered by the one walking! ..

Albin, do you have a Shteba? Or on Kasha 0.3 the maximum time or on languishing + 120 *, also an hour and a half.
Albina
I have Shteba with his own stainless steel bowl, and I missed something to order the other.
I just think that in Panaska it is possible, but to run it 2 times for 60 minutes?
Will the dough stand or is it better to bake half a portion?
marinastom
Oooh okay...
In Panasik it is also possible, but I would share. Although, if you have a five-liter one, it may be baked.
Kinglet
Quote: marinastom
In Panasik it is also possible, but I would share.
And I would also share the Dough of this Smetannik - not biscuit, but rather muffin. It is much heavier and baked slower than biscuit, this must be taken into account.
Solistka
Yes, you are probably right. The dough is quite heavy and the temperature and time needed to be increased. I set it as for a biscuit on boiling water on Slowing + 1 hour 15 minutes, 110 degrees, then I did not take it out for another 30 minutes. This was clearly not enough. Outside, it looked quite cooked and rosy, and the middle was not baked. And yet I didn’t cook a new biscuit)) I baked my long-suffering cooled half-baked biscuit in the oven. It turned out quite edible. I cut it into pieces and assembled the pinscher. Soaked in sour cream and curd cream with strawberries and bananas. It turned out well, sooo tasty))) So bookmark the recipe) I will definitely try it again either in the oven or in Shtebe.
Kinglet
Solistka, it's great that a solution was found and the family was not left without a cake :)))
Vovan
Can I turn on convection in the oven? Will it fall off?
Ksyu-juha
Vovan, I baked for a long time, but the convection was on, everything was fine .. only I set the temperature a little lower.
Vovan
Dyakuyu
Kinglet
Vovan, I would not include) I understand that it's late, but I just saw it, I'm sorry) As a result?
Vovan
I haven’t started yet .... It so happened that I’m just going. Decided Top and Bottom without convection ...
Kinglet
