It's easier for me to buy a few eggplants in winter and make fresh ones. I understand that winter vegetables are not good, but there is no choice. Vacuum bags are so slightly ribbed, the air is pumped out by the vacuum apparatus, and then sealed. But you won't be able to store them in them all winter, unless frozen ...

Babushka, Tatyana, and we "got hooked" so firmly on your eggplants !!! There are always a couple of bags in the refrigerator. I pack a couple of pieces in each package. Only I began to add bell peppers and tomatoes to the filling. And the eggplants lie longer - at least a week. I like it that way.

And recently, I also stuffed Bulgarian pepper with this filling and sent it to the vacuum. This is my extra filling left. And there was nothing but bell peppers for stuffing. I quickly "steamed" them, stuffed them - and into a vacuum. We will try soon.
