Beat the dough on the biscuit quickly, easily and fluffy. The biscuit turned out to be wonderful!
How many eggs did she make and how many did she beat in time Oksana.
Kseny @
Natasha, I made a biscuit for 2 eggs, but it took 10 minutes in time. I beat the eggs at the 4th speed, and the beaten mass kept the volume well even when mixing flour at the 2nd speed. I thought flour with a flat nozzle and slowly stir in, but risked a whisk and it turned out great! Ready biscuit with a diameter of 20cm and a height of 5cm.

Hello. Your advice is very necessary.
I choose a planetary mixer. The choice arose between Boman 398 and Kenwood 242 (she herself has not yet grown up morally to expensive mixers like Kitchen or Smega).
I'm worried about Boman. I read that the whisk does not reach the bottom and the egg-whites do not beat well and someone even squeezes the wires. I'm not worried about Kenwood, I'm sure of this technique. The only thing confusing is the presence of a heap of pribluds in the kit (2 juicers, graters, knife, blender). The difference in overpayment seems to be not very big - 4 thousand. But I understand with my brain that I have ALL these additional attachments in separate devices and there is no need for them. You need a good mixer and a nozzle for not dense dough. The hook will even be an unnecessary attachment.
Power difference 1200 Boman and 900 Kenwood. But I read that in the same Boman it will in fact be lower or swim, despite the declared number. I can close my eyes to the volume of the bowl (6 and 4.3).
Tell me, please. Maybe someone has a Boman 398. How about the whisk attachment?

Hello Anya. My torment with the choice is over already. I went to the CSN and looked at Boman live and that's it, the question disappeared. Of the advantages, I noted only the smooth power control, the density of the wire on the rim and the volume of the bowl. There are not many disadvantages, but for me they are not overlapped by the existing advantages. The most important thing is that the nozzles do not reach the bottom very much. I was able to calmly insert a finger between the bottom of the bowl and the nozzle. That is, it will be almost impossible to beat a small amount of products (for example, 1-2 proteins per meringue), and when kneading the dough, there will be a lot of unmixed products at the bottom. Secondly, it is quite noisy. Although, I think you can get used to it. Thirdly, the protective cover was not convenient for me. When you lift the upper part of the mixer itself after work, this lid rises with it and in the uppermost position it clings to the edge of the inside of the mixer stand and somehow bends it a little. It seemed to me that you open it several times and the edge will crack from this stop. Therefore, I dismissed Boman from the options and opted for Kenwood, although it is 300 watts and weaker. But in my work I do not notice this. If there were two different mixers side by side and worked with two at the same time, maybe I would have noticed the difference. But I have nothing to compare with, and the new mixer is 2 times more powerful than the one that was before it and for me Kenwood now, probably, like a spaceship with super sonic speed
The very first testing I carried out on one protein per meringue. I don't know why it was critical for me that the mixer would certainly beat one protein into a tight mass. I do not cook in such scanty volumes.I guess I just think that this is an indicator that the nozzles are working to the very bottom, and not chattering along the top. After Kenwood coped with this task, I realized that I had made the right choice.
Anyutok
Ma-Rusia, and what goes with it?
Ma-Rusia

Ma-Rusia, and what goes with it?
Well, to the mixer, the standard hook for tight dough and a paddle attachment for batter. And since this is still a kitchen processor - a blender bowl for cocktails, a knife mill and graters. But I don't use them, because I already had a kitchen combiner and all I needed was a mixer.
Anyutok
Ma-Rusia, Thank you! Eh, I also have everything separately. And for the sake of one kneader, take a toad strangles We'll have to look for an alternative

Thanks in advance for your reply.

Zhenya, already answered in a personal :) This is not for me, my Boman model, thank God with another modification of the corolla, you confused me with someone ...
Tanyush @ ka
Girls, please tell me which combine with a dough mixer is better to buy so that you can knead the meat on the ham. I would like Kenwood, but very expensive, I look from simpler models
gala10
Tatyana, I have Bomann KM 383, see his description and photos in the first post of this topic. She kneads ham and dough perfectly. Volumes from 200 ml.
melanya
Tanyush @ ka, I have a Clatronic 3350, a complete analogue of Bomann 367, I am completely satisfied, although now I am selling it, since I bought a separate meat grinder and there is a blender, it turns out it duplicates. I will buy a separate kneader, also Bomann or Klatronic
here is a video about Bomann 367:
Anastasia
My Boman's heated wire rim also did not reach the bottom. I solved this problem like this: I squeezed the whisk between my palms in a circle. It has become more elongated in length and now perfectly reaches the bottom and whips even a small amount of food. Maybe this will help someone else.
Stefanya
Girls! Hello everyone!
Who used the mixer-dough mixer Planetary mixer Bomann (Clatronic) KM 398 CD? Share your impressions. I am faced with a choice: to buy or not? Maybe something else to look after?
asiania
Girls! Good day everyone!
Who used Bormann 369? How does it differ from 367 ... and wants to buy ...
gala10
asiania, here is a video about 369, and three posts above - about 367. You can compare.
asiania
gala10, thanks a lot, I'll take a look!
gala10
asiania, business, of course, is the master's, but I personally prefer to have a mixer separately, a meat grinder separately. Yes, they take up more space, but everything is on its own motor. And in the event of a breakdown, everything will not fly out at once.
asiania
gala10, I also love individual devices, but there is an opportunity to buy one thing ... then when you can buy something in question .... so I think about taking or not taking

Girls, hello everyone! I'm new here! Immediately with my misfortune (maybe not here ...) The corolla of my Bomoshi-370 broke. I phoned service centers in Moscow, they are nowhere to be found. Where to run?...

Olga, Hi! Welcome to the forum! On the forum we have a representative of a company dealing with these combines.

Try to contact him in a personal.

Galina, thanks, I'll try.

Good day. I read your comments with interest. After reading, I decided to buy a Bomann KM 379 CB Food processor (dough mixer).
Delivered today, I'm making a pie in frustration ... There are no instructions in Russian. Doesn't react to my attempts to turn it on!
Tell me where to get instructions in Russian, everywhere deception is not in Russian ... It's a pity to return.
I would be grateful to you.
gala10
Nika, the instruction in Russian can be downloaded here:

Bobik is dead

Nika, the lever to raise the bracket clicked? Didn't forget to wash the equipment?
SoNika
Yes. thanks, Gala. I reread your report again, but things are still there, the lever clicks, but the combine does not turn on ...

Strange, throws it out, you have to enter a password.
I also checked it, clicked ... the handle does not click, but the lifting part is in my opinion.
Well, the mince from the ham remained and the dough was purchased ... otherwise it would have left the boys hungry.
I will still try. The most interesting thing is that he smelled like burning when he plugged it in, now there is no smell ...
The assembly is clumsy. Girls, without the top cover on the bowl, can it turn on?
Rituslya
Nika, it's a shame ... It's a shame! It turns on, yes, it does not have a top cover.
Where did you buy it?
Maybe try another outlet?
That I smell like burning is not good at all. Oh...
What kind of business is this ?!
I'm really worried too.

003. ru first the hob, and then the combine ... we decided to upgrade a little .. Although, to be honest, I rarely use Ourson's cartoon (pressure cooker), but I always use a simple ribbon, I cook porridge. I also rarely used the airfryer, the grill is generally abandoned ... Why is all this bought?
I use it more often, though seasonally with a dehydrator (dryer) - I like marshmallow and bananas. I hope this combo will be of help.

While I was finishing the first comment, running, to the fry, the husband turned it ON !!!!! You just need to hold it longer, and a short press, as we understand it, turns on the functions !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The instructions must be written properly.Thank you for attention. Very grateful

Such a trifle, but I was nervous,: rose: like a wolverine. There is no guarantee or instruction. the assembly is strange, the parts are not tightly ground in. But I hope from your experience that we will make friends with the combo.
Oh, Gala joke is that the spouse does not touch the kitchen equipment at all, only the button on the Mikr-ke and the coffee machine can press ... Eh, we indulge, everything is for them. And for whom else? For loved ones we try. What do you recommend to try first on it?
I like peach pie (Vysotskaya) mmm song, maybe I'll bake it for the entrance ... At what speed is it better to beat in it?
Good night.

Good afternoon, Gala. Thank you. The other day I was making a cottage cheese pie, I was too lazy to get out and wash the blender afterwards, I took the old mother-in-law (sometimes old doesn’t mean worse), the eggs didn’t beaten. The instruction is strange, so far I can’t understand why the black plastic attachments, apparently for pasta .., okay, I'll figure it out on the weekend. I will unsubscribe how our communication happened ...
Thank you again everyone for the feedback on my SOS!

It's great that there is the Internet, for these moments, I found recipes, tips, and go for it !! And before they begged for recipes, wrote down ..., we also had printouts in rolls ... yeah.
Honestly - I don't even know what I'll be creative tomorrow ... while my head is a mess - I'm tired of shifts and of problems ... you first need to relax and be inspired and ... go ahead, a friend invites us to visit, I'll create a thread.

Hmm ... didn't send yesterday and because of the link to the recipe ... only in the morning

I decided not to be smart and make an old cottage cheese pie. I was worried - it does not turn on again .., it turns out that it thinks sooo long before turning it on. The dough was mixed for 5 minutes, not bad. The smell passed quickly. Disconnected again! : cray: When whipping whites, we did not hear each other, we had to raise our voice (the hood is 5 quieter) - apparently someone who wrote here did not get a quiet copy of Belka. Girls, advise the time and speed optimal for whipping, pliz, otherwise I don't know its capabilities yet and shudder from its sound speed changes. The protein was whipped into a homogeneous foam, without detachment, which is not undoubtedly large +.
I'll bake and show the result.
I went to do it further.
