I read the recipe carefully, I obviously violated the baking technology (I could see more heat on the stone, even out of habit for the first time with steam - it is not in the recipe). I think I'll remove the stone and steam, and redo it again.

I cook it quite often and in different variations, with whey or milk, eggs or chicken or quail, there are options with butter, I adapted with sourdough (like today). And with mashed potatoes I do it according to the same principle, I replace the pumpkin puree with mashed potatoes, but then without turmeric.
A very wonderful recipe. Bravo to the author !!!
