Good morning to all needlewomen! I'm new here, so if a similar topic has already been, redirect me, please) Now I'm setting prices for my cakes, comparing prices for all products, in connection with which the question arose: do you have any list of products that you always buying for your recipes? Let's say milk - "TM №1", butter - "TM №2". I would be glad if you share the products that you think are the best for your baked goods) Thanks in advance!

Good afternoon, I saw a new Temka, while there is time, I can share my own experience! Welcome to our beloved BAKERY !!!!! : m_zh: I don’t know what city you are from, so I won’t write manufacturers, anyway they may differ! I always buy: 1. Butter (only natural, ideally 82%, but we do not sell this in stores, therefore 72%, only from normalized cream. 2. Makfa flour (I tried other types of flour, I realized that this one is better!) 3. cream 33% (we have only petmol, but whipped well) 4. "Real" chocolate (that's what it's called, it is perfectly heated, it solidifies in ganache wonderfully, I use it to cover the cake before mastic) 5. Sugar -sand. 6. Brown sugar (it turns out a wonderful syrup for impregnating a chocolate biscuit, and if you add some more ridge .....) 7. Baking powder "Etker" 8. Gelatin "Etker" 9. I take eggs only the first category. 10. Sour cream 22% (we do not have any fatter, I tried "a house in the village" not a fig not beaten).
Well, like I wrote the main list, I think that the girls will pick up this Temko!
