filoluh
Hello! I have another question about the soup cooker.
Twice I made a soup-puree, both times a strange story: I load vegetables, fill in water, put on the "soup-puree" mode, the "high" button starts blinking immediately ("soup-puree" does not blink at the same time), without changing anything, I turn on ... The "cooking" icon (a glass of steam) appears, time is 25 minutes, and the steamer starts heating. Everything seems to be according to plan. But then, after about 10 minutes, when everything is already boiling and already begins to splash out, the boiling does not stop. The instructions say that after boiling, after a minute, the soup cooker goes into boiling mode, and then, in fact, grinds the food. This does not happen for me: everything boils and evaporates until the very end of the program. For the first time, I waited until the end of the "soup-puree" program, got overcooked peas instead of soup, added water, and made the puree soup by hand with a blender. The second time I didn't have enough patience to wait until everything boiled away, I just turned it off after 20 minutes and brought it to the desired consistency with a blender.
What is the problem? Has anyone encountered this?

UPD Solved the problem. I press the program button twice, then the device understands me. And he does everything right.
Deana
filoluh, everything is correct, the first time you press it, it just turns on and the default is just soup, without a blender. Pressing again selects a cooking program. When in doubt, look at the scoreboard, soup - 30 minutes, soup - mashed potatoes - 25 minutes.
mamusi
Girls, tell me, can you cook milk and non-milk porridge here? And what is the minimum portion?
Deana
mamusi, did not cook, I will not tell you. I would be afraid that it will burn.
Marfusha81
Vityok came to me. Hopefully it gets better than Endever.
I want to teach my family to puree soups and learn how to cook soup in small volumes.
Deana
Marfusha81, good luck! True, with volumes I am not very good at reducing, but I cook for two days at once, so I’m not complaining.
Coffeeberry
Marfusha81, and what happened to the endever?
Marfusha81
Yes, everything is fine with him, but the plastic bothered me. But these are my personal cockroaches.
Endever worked great and was sold to vegans for soy and other milk. In any case, they planned to use it that way.
Coffeeberry
Marfusha81, ahh, I was really scared that, as Dobrynya, it turned out to be disposable. I have a soup cooker of their company in my bookmarks, so I'm looking closely, since I don't know anything about this company. I am planning this, only a glass bowl confuses - ENDEVER Sigma-88

One glass has already burst (((

for soy and other milk.
then you need to filter? (Vitek is idle, and mom needs to make milk from oats, will it work?)
Coffeeberry
Mariana73, Endever has a special filter, and after Vitka, yes, you have to filter.
Marfusha81
Elena, take a new model endever, then tell us. Although glass is certainly a controversial point.
Anna67
Marfusha81, it is expensive and also without a filter ...

And what is the new model?

Mariana73, go to the topic:
Soup Cooker-Blender VES Electric SK-A24

Maybe this will suit. Milk from oats is still in my plans, but from peanuts - great! True, the filter is larger than that of Yandy and I drain the milk through a fine metal colander. But it's not stressful. The cake remains in the filter and in the colander.

Coffeeberryhow do you
Blender soup cooker ENDEVER Sigma-88, if you bought it, please share your opinion.
Coffeeberry
Kokoschka, no, I didn't buy it.I'm afraid of glass bowls, and there were no reviews, so I changed my mind about buying.
Kokoschka
Coffeeberry, I see Elena. I have Moulinex myself, and we want to give this to my son, we have already ordered it.
The soup cooker market is very poor.
Marfusha81
And what Moulinex? I saw in mvideo a Moulinex soup cooker for almost 30 thousand, a new model. But I didn't really look at the functionality.
Kokoschka
I bought about 4 years ago. she is cool!

I've already read the topic about her. And really class

I have a brutal music band in my house - Vitek. While I am recovering from its purely specific dimensions ... I read the instructions and the recipe book.
eta-007
Ukka, Ol, well, finally! Congratulations! Let this gentleman serve you faithfully!
Ukka
eta-007, Svetul, tell me, what is the minimum volume of the prepared dish?
I will test it tomorrow, the neighbors are already asleep, we have great audibility ...
Trishka
Ukka, Ol, with a new toy!
I also have such a tovarisch!
Ukka
Ksyusha ,
Coffeeberry
Ukka, minimum? Any. I cook only 1 cup of cocoa for myself in the morning, it is in the soup cooker that it tastes best with lush whipped foam. Simply set the time manually for a small amount of time, otherwise the automatic programs are long.
Elfa
Ukka, Olya, congratulations on the update! Yes, the sizes are surprising at first, then you get used to it. It is indispensable for me when preparing puree soup, and we eat it quite often.
But I never made cocoa, Coffeeberry, Elena, please remind me how you cook it, with approximate proportions, if possible.
Coffeeberry
Elfa, differently. Sometimes 1.5 tbsp. I dilute tablespoons of cocoa with a little hot water, add a cup of milk, beat and cook at an average temperature for 11-12 minutes. Sometimes without water, just milk, cocoa and a couple of pieces of chocolate. If I press high heat, then only for a minute, so that nothing gets stuck inadvertently. If you need more foam, then at the end I turn on the blender again. It turns out a chocolate cappuccino.
Trishka
Elena, thanks for the recipe.
And you can for those who are in the tank, in more detail ...
So I fell asleep with cocoa, added milk, sugar and which button to press, the algorithm?
Apart from soups, I haven't cooked anything else in it ...
I won't cook fruit drink
Ukka
Thank you girls !!!
Happy March 8 everyone! Women's and family happiness, health, all the best and dreams come true !!!

The first test of feather in Vityusha - I cooked a cream soup of broccoli, spinach and stalked celery, and 100 grams of boiled breast. I read that she growls strongly, sat down next to him and kept watch for 7 minutes. Norm growls like a blender. Not scary at all!
The soup is just a dream come true, but I will pour less liquid the next time. We'll finish the soup and cook some cocoa.
Then I want to make a cocktail, maybe tomorrow from kefir with some frozen berry.
Trishka
Olya, with an initiative and Happy Holidays!
Ukka
Girls, and how to wash it?
Just under the tap? Or do self-cleaning?
Coffeeberry

So I fell asleep with cocoa, added milk, sugar and which button to press, the algorithm?
I fell asleep, turned on Stir, then Medium Heat and Time. If the milk is completely icy, then 15 minutes. If usual, 11 is enough. Everything depends on milk, if it is very cold, you can turn on the high heating for a minute. But on the stove, cocoa is usually boiled over low heat and not brought to a boil, so I chose a similar algorithm here.
Trishka
Elenochka, thanks, I will try
Ilmirushka
Olyawhere did you find it?
Ukka
Ilmirushka, I took it on Avito, practically new, for 1300. But on Avito now the delivery is about 500, it cost 1800. But what can I do, I can't find it cheaper. Now I will keep track of the same daughter. Really shaitan-machine !!!

Olya, so it's really cheap! I looked for 2800 and they do not lower it, I still want to take it, but I haven’t received an answer yet, I’m afraid they sold it.
velli
And I don't use my Vitka, I played around several times and removed it. Then my son and I don't really eat the puree soup, but I cook simple soup in a slow cooker. So my Vitek is idle, only it takes up space in the closet for over a year. I'm even thinking about selling it. And besides, there is also a soup cooker Endever and Ves-24, then I'll leave it just in case Vitek thinks about selling it. I keep the instructions, the warranty card, the recipe book, but there is no box. Now I only use Veska for milk rice porridge more, the rest are idle. Vitek is cool, of course, but ... ..
Ukka
velli, name price, sister?
Elfa
I am very pleased with Vitek, though I have nothing to compare with, he is the only one of this kind on the farm, it is irreplaceable for mashed soups. I also tried custard, once, I didn't pick up the algorithm very well, now I'll definitely try cocoa. I store it in the lower cabinet of the headset, under the sink, it just enters, I take it out if necessary. Anyone who decides to buy, you will definitely not regret if you cook mashed soups.
And I bought it thanks to Valentina's tip, for which many thanks to her!
Ilmirushka
Well, my VITEK has already arrived in Krasnoyarsk. I think that tomorrow or the day after tomorrow I'll click on the buttons
At the end, I'll free Andy from the soups, leaving him only compotiques on the menu.

Admin-Tatyana, share information and your attitude to this blender, did you disappoint for so many years? Still, 5 years is a period ...
No wonder I suffered for it, searched and wait?

Ilmira, purely by chance I saw your post, sorry

I will disappoint you with the answer, I have not used the device for a long time. For me it is very large, a large bowl with a large volume For a large family, the blender is good
Now I prefer to cook food for 1-2 servings, for "one meal" to keep it fresh. And to drive for this a bowl with a volume of 1.7 liters ... is not practical for me

Blender left as a gift in good hands

You will laugh, but today I cook puree soups in a small blender soup maker, for 1-2 servings

Tatyana, but did not disappoint at all.
Well I represent its volume. For me, 1.7 liters of soup is also too much, but when a lot of children and adults - lovers of milk and fruit cocktails - gather at a party, then my jug from Bosch is not enough for everyone at once, this is where VITEK will help me. Let's figure it out with the soup!
ENDOVER has marks "minimum" and "maximum", I don’t think there are no such marks in VITEC ...
Trishka
Quote: Ilmirushka
how long do you use?
Mlyn, probably two years ...
Basically, I cook mashed soups, sometimes whip a cocktail when there are fresh fruits and berries.
There’s no way you can’t get your hands on jelly or fruit drinks ...
eta-007
Ilmirushka, Ilmir! Vityok is super! I use it often. Eating fresh soup for three is a topic!

And the compote ... From dried fruits! And Morsiki!

Just soup, not mashed potatoes - also class. And with meatballs ....

Cocoa credit!

You will not regret!

Zucchini caviar, in season, it's already two days.

Svetul, yes of course "nizaSto"! Well I chase my Andy in the tail and in the mane, and I'm afraid that suddenly he dies, I won't survive the loss, because VITEK wanted to.
