But I did not take into account that our Ukrainian gelatin is of the wrong quality and the soufflé remained airy and did not freeze. Cooley also froze for a long time, and I hurried to put the second layer of cream on it. Now I will know my mistakes. I must say that bare cakes are not easy to make either. only gelatin added 12g, well, reinsured.
