Daryushka, thank you dear! The biscuit will definitely work! Do not extinguish the soda in the spoon! It will be extinguished with honey in the dough!

kolobashka, Varenka!
What a beautiful cake - adorable! Clever girl! I'm so glad it worked! Only - why is it light? Little honey or soda? And so - yes, it shouldn't smell like baking soda, but why doesn't it smell like honey?
kolobashka
Prus - 2, Thank you. don't know why the light is all according to the recipe.

Good day!
I specially registered to express my gratitude for this recipe. Now we have moved to the village for the summer and the oven is very bad here - it is impossible to bake anything in it. And oh, how sweet you want. But there is a microwave, and I went in search of baking recipes in MV for the Bread Maker. And then I tried the first one - your honeymooner. He baked for 7 minutes at a power of 750 W - it rose very strongly (for some reason my hat rose, the top was uneven), it was completely baked inside. I tried the real honey cake crumbs. Cut into 5 cakes, greased with cream / sour cream 30% + sugar / and sprinkled with chopped prunes. There is a cake, it is insisted! I'll try to show the cut later, but I'm sure the cake was a success. Now you just need to get a bigger form so that everyone has enough of this sweet delicacy!
Thanks for the recipe for a quick and tasty treat!

Marinochka!
I am so glad that I liked the recipe and worked! The cake should be very tasty - I'm waiting for the photo! The most important thing is that in the summer the oven is not hot in the microwa!

Good day!
We got this cake over last night. Well, very tasty, real honey cake! Delicate, fluffy, fragrant, it is a pleasure to eat it! I have a completely express option, since the honey biscuit was baked for 7 minutes, then it cooled down for about an hour, then cut into cakes and smeared with sour cream. Just lightning fast in time, but very, very tasty!

Very original! never baked in mikra. I'll try it on the weekend. Recently, I've been baking honey cakes in a multicooker, they are very lush.
Thank you!

Lyuba, you write what you did for 2 eggs, then all the components from the recipe are doubled?
Prus - 2
Yes, Lyudochka , for 2 eggs - 2 times, for 3 - 3 times, etc.

That's it, and I want to share my experience. Inattentively I read the recipe and decided that the recipe would make a cake 8 cm high and 16 cm in diameter from one egg. Well, it turned out to be a pancake)))), but delicious. And today I did it on the basis of one egg, I just baked it in a small mold. it turned out what we need - a cake for two. And it is really savory, but I needed one (my husband has diabetes). Baked for 5 minutes at 900 watts. When I took it out of the mold, it was tender and lush. She did not wait, immediately cut it and smeared it with homemade unsweetened yogurt, probably about 300 ml.
Here it is (ordinary tea saucer)

I liked it very much, fluffy, light.
Definitely - I will bake repeatedly!
Prus - 2
Nastenka , darling - just Wah-a-uuu! Such a fluffy turned out! It was necessary to cut it on a bigger cake, so it was soaked better - so that it was not dry! And you can add sweetness, if you wish! I take a full spoonful of honey in the dough (for 1 egg, respectively, the number of eggs - we increase the number of spoons), thick. And soak a little honey water. So - here we adjust the sweetness to taste!
AnastasiaK
Prus - 2, Lyuba, I was afraid to cut him thinner, he was very tender. And I filled it with more yogurt, and he fluffed up))). And when I took the sample, it was very soft. Very similar to a biscuit. For me, in general, the discovery that this can happen in 5 minutes and in a microscope! And about honey water - an idea, for sure, next time I will try to soak it, and the taste of honey will intensify.
Prus - 2
He was so strongly, always soft, because he could not stand it. I can stand any biscuit (and this is a biscuit!) Before cutting and assembling the cake at least 8 hours! And it is better to bake in the evening, prepare the impregnation, the cream, and in the morning to collect everything quickly! And while everyone gets together before breakfast, it will be soaked!
AnastasiaK
And the honey cake is getting tastier every day. Today he just - ah! The most interesting thing is that it is very similar to the classic honey cake both in taste and in the structure of the biscuit. I tried to bake a honey cake in a slow cooker, it was delicious, but some kind of rubbery, despite the impregnation and standing. And here it is the fluffy-fluffy structure. I will continue to experiment with it, I want to add walnuts to the dough, and prunes to the cream. And there will be happiness.!
Prus - 2
Nastenka, expensive ! I am so glad that it turns out Honey cake! Yesterday you infected me with it again (I have vanilla boiled water for assembly today - with strawberries - we'll eat it, I'll bake a Honey cake right away!)! Of course, you should try with nuts and prunes! It must be delicious! Looking at you, I think to sprinkle the cake with walnuts on top! In general - we will experiment! And upload the results of the experiment!
Prus - 2
I also decided to bring my yesterday's Medovichok - a cake not just for home use, but in general "rapid-fire": the children were not at home, they called. what are going - will be in 2 hours. And they want something sweet. And what could be better than a honey cake with custard? I also cooked the cream in a micron - Vitalinka shared the technology I did everything by running. The main thing was to cool it down. The cake is lightly soaked in honey water and just smeared with custard - and outside too. And I decorated it - a little - with the remnants of the butter-protein cream that were in the refrigerator (it was faster than peeling the nuts for sprinkling). Biscuit diameter 28 cm:

Lyubaanyayayaya !!!!!!!!!! I really liked the honey sponge cake in the mikra, thank you very much, but after reading and remembering that I had a lot of soda in the chocolate sponge cake, I stirred honey with soda in a separate bowl and while beating eggs with sugar, the honey reacted with soda and kakbud- then they stood in a water bath - foam appeared. Everything else is strictly according to the recipe, I made two cakes in one day, thanks again
Longina
LyubaThanks for the recipe for a great biscuit! I made 1 egg in a silicone mold for summer cakes. Poured a jar of yogurt with strawberries and garnished with berries. It turned out so quickly and immediately ate it.

I added baking powder. And the rest is strictly according to the recipe.
and how much baking powder did you take? It is put in twice as much as soda: half a spoonful of baking soda = a spoonful of baking powder.
Prus - 2
Longina, Lenochka! What a pretty, fluffy cake! So delicious, I really wanted to do it myself! (But today I already have a curd cake)
Yes, but the color - so light - did you put soda or baking powder?

The second day I study Temka. So tasty. The question is, you can bake in an ordinary plastic container. Never baked in MV
After 30 minutes. Baked for one egg. In an ordinary container, d-16 cm, something turned out ... fragrant, honey, 3 cm high. I cut it straight away, I will say that I probably dried it, a little dry. Spread it with curd yogurt. Waiting ...

I put in 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Yes, the color turned out to be light, next time I plan to add cocoa or instant coffee.

I probably dried it, a little dry
I didn't dare to bake for 6 minutes, so as not to dry. I have a power of 900W, and then immediately 600W, so I baked at 900W for 4.5 minutes.

I also did this the last time, it turned out that much more yogurt was needed! Softened up, grown up ... and tasty!

After 2 hours, children, like kittens, look so plaintively. Is that enough for us? I had to cut it. I will say that yogurt is not the right cream. But I liked it anyway. Thanks for the tasty treat.

Thanks again for the delicious biscuit! Diameter 23 cm, height 7 cm. I missed it with sour cream and boiled condensed milk and put a peach. In the evening for tea, the most it!

Lyuba, thanks for the taste of a real honey cake. Made for 1 egg. Truth added sugar 1.5 tbsp. l and honey 1.5 tbsp. l. Baked for 5 minutes. A burning smell appeared during baking. I looked in, everything seems to be fine. When I pulled it out, I decided to scrape the slightly fried crust on top. And under it, though only in the very middle, there is a burnt piece. Well, I had to cut it in half and cut the middle. In general, I got pieces. But I still covered them with cream and sent them to the refrigerator. And the next day (y) is so yummy. The taste of a real honey cake. I never got such a taste either in the oven or in a cartoon. I will bake some more. I will try to change the honey and reduce the amount of sugar Honey biscuit in the microwave

Prus - 2, please tell me, I want to bake your honey sponge cake for 3 eggs, take 3 times more ingredients, and how long should you set the cooking time at 800 W? As I understand it, in your photos the cake is not on: girl_in_dreams: one egg ??
Prus - 2
yudinel, I answered a similar question on the same page - https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=384231.0 And in time - if for 3 eggs, set first for 6 minutes, and then (if not baked yet) add 1 minute each. We determine the readiness - the finished biscuit moves away from the walls of the form, well, we check with a wooden skewer - so that it is dry. At the beginning of the recipe in the photo there is a biscuit of 2 eggs (diameter 16 cm), on this page there is a large cake of 4 eggs. Success! I hope you enjoy it.

Lyuba, thank you, sorry for the carelessness: girl_red: a very tender cake turns out, now I will try to bake more

Lyuba, Your honey cake haunted me. There were 2 attempts, today was the third ... and the last. Alas, it turned out that this recipe is "not mine", well, it also happens.
All attempts gave me one result - blEd dough, one side of the baking raised strongly, uneven holes inside and ... I don't taste good, the dough itself is tasteless and there is not enough sugar at all. Now I don't even want to smear it with cream ...
I think the joint is in my stove, it's obvious. I will not change the stove, so I say goodbye to the recipe, albeit with regret.
Here's a curve every time

Oooh, but I have not seen the recipe, we must urgently try! Well, what good luck it is to bake such cakes in a microne when they urgently require a honey cake!
Prus - 2
Rada-dms, Olga, just do not bake for 1 egg))), I gave such a proportion based on the fact that everyone has different shapes - small / large. And it is convenient to count, increasing the number of eggs for any shape. And the girls inattentively read and did 1 egg)). And also - use soda - it will be the same color! Honey extinguishes it perfectly! Well, do not regret honey)).
Rada-dms
Prus - 2, I'll take everything into account, thank you! I always bake with soda and dark honey.
Jiri
I also put it in a short box! I'll bake tomorrow!
Rada-dms
Prus - 2, Lyubonka, could not stand it at night and tried to bake, despite the fact that both mixers had the gearbox at the broom broken, as if it were a sin.
Therefore, I beat the eggs with my hands, and this affected the splendor of the cake. Although all the same, surprisingly, he rose quite well.I made two eggs, soaked it, as you taught with some water and honey, from myself there was a little bit of Tokay wine and lemon juice. Layered with Greek yogurt and sour cream in half. Surprisingly, the cakes are not dark either. I have honey withthreesome kind of tedious. There is a three-liter jar for two years, has not frozen, stratified into two layers, on top, like sugar syrup, so it is not surprising that the color is not dark.
It turned out tasty and home-like, my husband runs into the refrigerator and drags a piece every two hours - like he thinks a lot, it is necessary, they say, to provide nutrition to the brain.
So there is practically no cake.
There is nothing to decorate at the dacha, but she stuck something so that she would not look naked.
I will bake more, I dream of portraying Crimean honey.

Thank you for the desired and tasty express option!
6 minutes at 720 power.

Rada-dms, and your mold is silicone ??

Girls, do you think a simple biscuit (classic) can be baked like that?
I constantly bake classic biscuit in microwave oven. For 1 egg, 30 g of sugar and flour (I often do not bother and pour a spoonful of sugar and a spoonful of flour with a slide). Silicone mold, 6-7 minutes at 900 W. Burned out - you overexposed it. I used to bake not 4 eggs, but 2 eggs, the thickness of the dough was less, so it could turn brown a little in the middle.

And for some reason I can't make a biscuit with the addition of liquid, I baked it a couple of times and each time a dense layer of dough formed at the bottom, and not a loose-airy layer throughout its entire thickness, as in a classic biscuit. I think what am I doing wrong?
I love baking in the microwave, sometimes even without a caramel crust. By the way, to the question of forms. I bought a set of silicone cake molds for Easter in the fixprice for Easter, I thought that they would be useful to me for baking throughout the year: an even cylinder, you can bake and small cakes.

I made a sponge cake in a round shape with a large hole, as if I had put a glass there. Baked for 3 eggs. Tasty, the cream was made with custard. oils

Yeah, silicone.

Rada-dms, Olga, glad I liked it! Especially in the heat it is good - I want sweets, and drive the oven (((... and for a small portion it is good, no extra deposits! I also want to bake something, but I still have to lose weight to the planned weight of 4 kg! I have to finish them off already and then)) ...... But I understand that it will be possible to rarely eat tasty things)), otherwise I will again type too much))!

I will also write about my experience. Today I made 2 attempts with this test.
The first one is for 3 eggs, strictly according to the recipe. It turned out badly: a lopsided low cake. Quite dense. In one place it was swollen with a hump. Baked at 600 W, because I don't have 800, but I have 900 W. I was afraid to bake at the highest power. I wanted to completely remove this recipe from the bookmarks, because I was upset - today my husband's DR and a joint with a cake unsettled me.
After resting, thinking, I made this dough for 2 eggs again. I made changes - I took 80 grams of flour for each egg, not 90 grams. It became more like biscuit in structure.
And the power chose 900W (I think the hump due to the wrong power) - 5 minutes - 5.5 minutes. It turned out evenly, quite fluffy. And 2 times higher than the first by 3 eggs.
As for taste, it's an individual matter. I guess the cream will give you enough sweetness later on.
My conclusions - can anyone come in handy? - see that the dough is not thick. And it's better to bake faster (take more power).
