To say that the programs are not working correctly, you need to check the temperature with a temperature probe and compare with the declared temperatures in the manual. Everything else is subjective chatter.
The multicooker is controlled by two temperature sensors. The upper is steam sensitive. As they take readings, so the mode works. There may be inaccuracies related to physics.
- If the bowl is sufficiently full, then there is some difference between the temperature at the bottom and at the surface, especially if the contents are thick.
- Some inertia of the sensors.
In order not to depend on the preset modes, there is a Multi-cook with a wonderful step around the boiling point.
