Thanks for the recipe!
I took it to the bookmarks. My husband loves this pasta, chases it around the city, buys American or Canadian. And now I’ll bungle him a treat myself!

Girls, can anyone have a proven pasta recipe?
Mar_k
So I made a paste! Yesterday, as I read it, in the morning I ran to do it, not having time to have breakfast! I did it in my Proficuka, I ground it very finely and quickly, but I didn’t sweat! Here is the result

Homemade peanut butter

Just a small question, but how to quickly separate the husk from the nut - maybe what technology is there, but I don't know?

I don't know either I was tired of peeling nuts the most
Masinen
And yesterday I was in Auchan and forgot to buy nuts !!
And yesterday, like a sleepy fly, I walked around the store and didn't buy anything) the question is, why did I go there ???
Elven
It happens ... next time buy
Mar_k
I have had these nuts for a long time, I didn't know where to put them! And here the recipe caught my eye! True, the nuts are only 200 grams, but I'm tired of peeling them! Now the main thing is to be appreciated by my capricious eaters! And so very quickly to do!
Annutka
Last week Metro bought Crunchy peanut butter. Here it is with inclusions of small pieces of peanuts. The composition contains salt and sugar, but the salt is felt more, but it seems that there is no sugar. I will definitely try according to your recipe, it bothers me with the purchased salt.

Did you peel them raw? I fry it a little in the oven, then cool it down. The husk itself flies off, you just need to work with your fingers a little.
Mar_k
olaola1, I also first fried it in a frying pan, and then cleaned it, but all the same, I thought that it could be faster - I’m doing this for the first time !!!

I do the same, but a pound of peanuts is something to peel, although the skin itself flies off.
Elven
Annutka, in this one, too, you can feel a little salt. Then put less
inucya
And I wrap the fried peanuts in a towel, rub it or "roll it on the table", but then you have to choose it from the husk, or you can blow on it and then it is clean faster, but the kitchen cleaning is added

And today I didn't even have to blow, a small one (1 g 9 months) came running in with her little hands, rubbed her - and the kitchen is ready in husks !!!

And I make pasta according to this recipe
Peanuts - 200 gr
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Honey - 1 tsp. (can be substituted with invert syrup, maple syrup, molasses, sugar)
Peanut butter - 0.5 - 2 tablespoons l. (can be replaced with any odorless vegetable oil)
Pour the peanuts on a baking sheet and put them in the oven at 180 degrees. Fry for 10-25 minutes (be sure to keep it from burning). The color of the paste depends on the duration of the frying. Let the roasted peanuts cool slightly. Peel it off. Put the peanuts in a blender, add salt and honey (I used invert syrup) and chop at high speed.Add peanut butter (or any other) and grind for a couple of minutes until the mass becomes soft and plastic. Add the amount of oil and salt to your taste.
(To make crispy peanut butter, leave 1/3 of the mixture in pieces, and turn the rest into a paste. And when the pasta is finally ready, just add 1/3 of the mixture with a spoon.) Store in a glass jar, in the refrigerator for no more than 2 months.

And then I make these sandwiches with peanut butter and sandwich marmalade

I want to share my experience - if you do a lot - how convenient it is to peel the peanuts from the husk - I pour in the already fried peanuts - and this is usually with a kilogram - just a large pile takes up - into a tight bag, insert the vacuum pipe, tie the edges of the bag on the pipe and turn on the weak suction mode. shake the bag, grind the nuts, and the separated husks are drawn into the vacuum cleaner. the bag needs a long one so that the distance from the nuts is more, you can even bend the top of the bag a little - a light husk will overcome the bend, but no nuts. Ideal, of course, would be to do this with a kitchen mini-vacuum cleaner, but I don't have one yet.
Elven
She fried the nuts harder, chopped them not into a paste, but so that the pieces were felt. I liked it much more than last time

Lenochka, thanks for the recipe. Made pasta today. Sooooo delicious. We fast, so such a sandwich is a godsend for us. And for breakfast, and takeaway for a snack. But I put too much honey. it is thick, so it stuck to the spoon. It turned out sweetish for my taste. I want to try to make another portion of savory, slightly salty. I don’t know if it’s worth adding honey or not at all. Girls, nobody did this?
Elven
Galina, for health, the pasta in the picture above, without honey. I put in 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. You don't feel sweetness, just a little salt

Dry the peanuts in the oven

Lenochka, and at what temperature and how long?
Elven
Oh, Innus, sorry, I was probably late with the answer
I set it to 200 degrees, but I won't tell you the time until the peanuts are fried. By the way, if there is not very much of it, it is faster to fry in a frying pan
Helen
How interesting, you have to do ...
Elven
Elena, I will be glad if the recipe comes in handy

Thank you very much, Lena, for your recipe. Last year she joined the slimming ones and, thanks to Tatiana Zhirafka, began to eat porridge in the morning. How I liked it! Before, I didn't eat porridge at all. My construction was postponed until I was finally able to limit myself to 250ml. porridge. Then someone, I don't remember who, wrote that it is very tasty to add peanut butter to the porridge, and after trying this pasta I look forward to this morning porridge. The pasta, of course, was from the store. Well, it didn't even occur to me to look for a recipe for peanut butter.

I have never tried. I'll have to try. Although I eat almost all porridge with pleasure without any additives. I'll try with my favorite oatmeal

Hello! very tasty pasta made last year. my husband loves peanut butter very much. when there are discounts on it in the magnet, I try to buy him a jar. but now the price is 480 rubles for a 400-gram can and the toad is strangling. Recently, a friend brought me such a paste from America. but either she saved a lot, or I don't understand something: the composition was written on the can: peanuts, palm oil
of course we ate, not to waste good, but thoughts are not very much in my head.
so now only homemade
Elven

Right! Much cheaper than purchased, and most importantly - natural
Elya_lug
Elven, already made pasta several times, many thanks for the recipe, a discovery for me.
aprelinka, wow, a toad would have strangled me too. It is twice cheaper to do it yourself, we have 220 rubles kg of peeled peanuts. worth it.
Elven
Elya, to health
We have kg. 180-190 p.costs, and a 300 gram jar of American-made pasta with a bunch of incomprehensible nasty stuff in the composition costs about 500 rubles, so let them eat it themselves
aprelinka
Well, I was teased. I tell you, I read the reviews yesterday, and I felt sad to make this tasty treat again. only to the usual nut butter (for 250 g of nuts) I added chocolate paste with coconut milk (half a jar of milk remained with a piece of coconut oil in it, a couple of tablespoons of cocoa and a little sugar, literally 2 tbsp. l, boiled everything).
it turned out just impossible what yummy. not very finely crushed nuts, rich chocolate flavor and not very sweet
total: 2 bowls of 250 g approx.
thank you all for prompting me to feats
Elven

Elena, now you teased me Thanks for the idea And here I am such I make chocolate paste with the addition of peanut

Elven, great! I met with bananas, and with apples for the first time

Also at one time I was bothering with the manufacture of peanut butter. Especially for this I bought a blender Brown, but then I felt sorry for him, it was very difficult for him to grind peanuts into paste and stopped this business. A very good paste is obtained in a coffee grinder, but the portion is small, like a one-off. But, the consistency of the pasta turns out to be like a branded one.
He peeled nuts from the husks using a bag for delicate wash. They come in different mesh sizes. I took larger ones, if only the nuts did not fall out. I poured roasted nuts into this bag and kneaded it with my hands over the floor. The husk spills out onto the floor in a rather compact heap, then all that remained was to sweep up the main debris and vacuum the rest.
On YouTube, there are many videos with videos of pasta cooking, just enter the query "DIY peanut butter".
Also, I ordered pasta several times in the iHerb online store until it appeared on sale in almost any grocery store.

Victor, I agree, sorry for the blender. Now, on the advice of the girls, I first scroll the nuts in a meat grinder (Soviet manual), and then in a blender.

I live in a small town, we only sell it in one store for almost 500 re.

Hello to all peanut butter lovers!
Recently I made a discovery for myself - it turns out in the MONETKA chain stores, they sell fried salted peanuts. By weight.
Why opening? Yes, because earlier I somehow ignored this trading network, but recently I went in and saw.
He stood there, looked, ate one nut ... sort of tasty and not very salty.
Took half a kilo, the price is democratic ... 249 rubles per kg. (the price of branded pasta is somewhere around 400 rubles for 380 grams ... something like that, like)
And then peeled, fried ... it remains only to twist in the grinder and that's it.
No sooner said than done!
Homemade peanut butter Homemade peanut butter
Condensed milk is so ... for scale
At home, however, I had to shake the nuts in a colander to shake out the excess salt and that's it.
The paste turned out to be wonderful and without the extra effort of peeling and frying the nuts.
Try it!

In my opinion, it makes no sense. The blender grinds whole nuts into crumbs effortlessly. But then he has to be tight.

No, Irina, I'm not adding anything now. I used to add a little bit (from a teaspoon to a glass (250 ml) of nuts), now I have stopped.
With oil, the blender is easier to twist, of course, but the paste turns out to be fluid, not like the branded one.
By the way, with creamy, I've never tried it ... I have never even heard of such a possibility.
How much do you add it? And at what point?
Irgata
I used to do it with vegetable too - with peanut or olive, then somehow neither one nor the other turned out to be, I added creamy - already at the end of grinding and so that it was exactly fluid, I like it better

and how many - it also depends on the nuts, they are different, drier, fatter, harder, softer, about a glass of nuts, a couple of tablespoons of butter

the branded is of course thicker, but the homogeneity is also higher, the devices are not homemade, but we would not break our cars

Victor, and not only in Monetka, in Vivat too. By the way, yesterday I also looked at these nuts in Coin. But I disdain to buy them, you never know who "dug" in them. I'd rather spend time cleaning and roasting

There's a meaning. After mincing, the blender is much easier to twist. The paste is obtained literally in 15-20 seconds. And if you twist the whole nuts, then it takes a few minutes
Wiktor
I often visit the Vivat chain stores, there was no salty peanuts, but in Monetka it seems to be always there.
As for the "disgust" ... well, what can I say? everyone has their own cockroaches, as they say
Personally, I do not take it either, when there are already leftovers in the box at the bottom. I'm waiting for a new full box to be put up, then I rake off half a kg. In principle, I took it just a couple more times, since I recently discovered this treasure
Elven
We have one Vivat in the city, peanuts are quite common. Although ... maybe it's not salty? pay attention

agree. But thanks anyway for the tip. Perhaps I will use it when the pasta is needed not for butters, but, for example, in cookies
Yuri198
Elven, Today my son and I made a paste, the amount of salt and powdered sugar he determined. We also peeled peanuts together, while peeling, then my son shared his thoughts, it was interesting. Thanks for the recipe.
Marina22
how delicious it is

And I fry the nuts in the microwave, two times for five minutes, so as not to burn, cool, the husk itself slides off, just rub it with your hands, then I put the nuts in a plastic bag, usually in two / one into the other I insert / and knock on the bag with nuts hammer for beating meat / blunt flat end without chipping / break into small crumbs in five minutes, just so as not to break through the plastic bag and not spill it, and then I homogenize with a blender, it does not take long.
Laziness is the engine of progress

Great peanut butter, thanks! We have already eaten 200g today! Very tasty!

I always buy salted shelled peanuts from an online store or dried fruit and nut shop. We must try to do it with cocoa.

You did not wait, but we pinned ... for a tasty treat)) I read and took into account everything. Definitely coming soon. even probably tomorrow (you have to run for peanuts) Thank you all for the valuable advice. To the author for a wonderful recipe !!!

Americans are very fond of any nut paste, judging by the fact that in large stores they have a special nut cutter ... You choose your favorite nuts and load it into the entot unit, at the exit the paste ... just don't remember sugar, you probably already add it at home. I speak English for you))), so I couldn't ask, but I definitely saw how people loaded nuts there ...
I brought a purchased one for trial, mine did not like it, it sticks to my teeth))) I have to make a tasty treat for myself. And who has already done it, does not stick to the teeth?
Guzel62
I did. Only I didn't add oil or sugar! Only nuts and a little salt! If the blender is already very tight, then you can add water, literally a tablespoon (for 200-300 grams of nuts). It does not stick anywhere, it turns out a thick paste, does not stretch from a spoon. Why is there butter and sugar? She's so VERY high in calories! Where else can you add calories? Only blender is hard. It is necessary to give the unit a break for half a minute so that it does not burn out (God forbid!). It turns out very tasty and healthy! You just need to know when to eat! 🤣
