Today I cooked lean borscht, I took the recipe from my mother's Polaris and adapted it to our cartoon:
fry one grated carrot and onion in cubes for 15-20 minutes (do not close or close the lid, but remove the valve), add two tablespoons of tomato paste and leave on frying for 5-10 minutes. Then pour in the chopped potatoes (5 medium-sized pieces), pour water (boiling water) to the "8" mark on the bowl, salt, add spices (I have ground coriander, bay leaf, black pepper and paprika), put a steam basket on the bowl and in lay out the beets (2 pcs.) cut into quarters. If you removed the valve, insert it into place and set the "soup" prog for 1 hour. 15 minutes before the end of the program, take out the steam basket with beets and add the shredded cabbage, add boiling water to the "10" mark, close the lid. Grate the cooled beets on a coarse grater and add them five minutes before the end of the program along with chopped herbs and crushed garlic. I also add a tablespoon of sugar as the tomato paste is too sour.

When I was choosing a cartoon joe, I saw the description of Innochka, then she was alone on this site, and now there are already how many people there are. Class, right? ! Moreover, the girls are good at explaining and explaining. How good, thank you girls, everyone !!!

Innochka, you were right, our jonik is very similar in functions to the Redmond-70. I found a great video recipe from Yana. I went to the site - the main site. And there, in the soups section on the second page, there is * chicken soup with noodles * And everything is very clear and clear there, and after watching on the same screen there is cooking for children.

Today I made very tasty Zebra pastries according to my mother's old recipe))) It is done simply, but it looks tasteful
I will write down the recipe, suddenly someone will come in handy, for tea it is
Take 4 eggs and 1.5 cups of sugar and beat with a whisk (no foam). Add 100 grams of butter (soft, heated), 1 glass of sour cream, 2 tsp. baking powder, 12-14 tablespoons of flour and mix. Divide the dough into two equal parts and add 2-3 tablespoons of cocoa to one of them. Grease the form with oil. We spread the dough with a spoon in turn in a circle in a mold and bake in the Baking mode for 50 minutes. I left for another 10 minutes in the turned off multicooker, then opened the lid to cool. Eaten while still warm
For beauty, you can pour the top with chocolate or sprinkle with powdered sugar

The girls were making a light vinaigrette today. I stuffed washed, peeled beets into a double boiler, turned on steam-vegetables for 30 minutes. Somewhere in 15-20 minutes. I opened the lid and put the raw carrots cut into cubes in a second layer and potatoes on top with a third layer. I closed the lid, again set the time to 25 minutes, steam - vegetables. Turned off, left to cool. Well, when I opened it, I put everything in a bowl, well, and ostolnoe to taste, I added -gherchik, sauerkraut, and so on. etc . as you like. So it's easy to cook. I spied the recipe and I hope it will come in handy for someone. You can also cook products on meat (Olivier) salads and not only.

Hello! The Magio MG 409 multicooker is almost an analogue of the REDMOND RMC-M70 multicooker, therefore the recipes from it are suitable.
lnm13
It seems to me that our recipe book is useless. Of course, I may not be right. I just made pumpkin porridge in milk - just horror, I almost ran away, opened the lid on time. Was boiling for the whole. I put it on a different mode, cooked it, boiled it all over. T. Litvinova wrote in the recipe to put the porridge on the mode and cook for 20 minutes.yes ah. Tatyana, here, of course, nothing to do with. This is just a publicity stunt - they put up her photo and, like, these are her recipes adapted for our cartoon. And Tatiana, I really like it. I just want to cook according to the recipe, and not wool on the Internet and pick and cook at random. It's good that I'm not alone here. Where are you girls? Tell and pl. for more details on what was prepared. By the way, I made a biscuit according to the video recipe, it turned out to be a fairy tale. But you need to put it somewhere for an hour at least.
Yuliko

My pumpkin porridge also tried to escape, but I opened the lid in time. It turned out well, but not great. The airy omelet is delicious. From baked goods she made curd casserole, charlotte, banana bread and lemon biscuit. Everything turned out very tasty))) and yes, we finally got a real loose pilaf)

I did pilaf twice. The first one turned out to be very pleasant to the taste, but sticky. In principle, I was expecting this, since I took the rice round, and it boils and sticks together. The second time the rice was steamed long-grain, and everything worked out)))
I did this: I fried onions and carrots in a multicooker, fried meat in a pan in parallel. 15-20 minutes. Then I put the meat in a slow cooker, on top, well-washed rice, spices, salt, and filled it with water. Has switched on the cooking program. Pilaf was prepared for about 40 minutes. I didn’t look at it for a while, I just tried the rice, and at the end I had to top up with water, because there wasn’t enough. Then she turned off and left to cool with the lid open. All)

I am also very interested in baking chicken !!! Share your experience, please, if anyone did.

I did not try to stew, but the fried one turned out to be very tasty. Cut into cubes like fries and fry, stirring occasionally. The potatoes did not take long, I think about twenty minutes. A little dietary came out in the sense that nothing burnt and could not be heard fried. Such a stewed-fried))) I don't know how else to describe it, I hope it's clear))) in short, I prepared 2 servings while waiting for my husband to eat everything and had to cook again)))
An important point: I cooked myself at 160 ° - it was well fried and the crust crunched. The second time at 140 ° - it came out a little stewed, I had to fry a little more at 160 ° with the lid open.

Fried potatoes for: frying vegetables. She closed the lid and mixed once. It turned out to be fried in a pan. But again, you can't go away from multi. Oh, I somehow started to get disappointed. She had high hopes for her. My friends bought: one Polaris, the other Phillips. Both are happy, they put everything down and went about their business. And here ... today I tried to bake a knuckle. I exhausted all my nerves. In what position I did not cook. The truth turned out to be normal, but the same happens in the oven. without nerves. The only good thing is biscuit and steamed vegetables. Hello! Unfortunately, the time for the Bake program is not adjustable. Usually just 50 minutes is enough for me and I keep it for another 10 minutes after turning off with the lid closed, then I take it out and cool it. If the casserole is thin, you can turn it off earlier by trying to readiness with a toothpick. But no matter how much I cook, nothing has burnt yet)))) so I turn on the program and don’t look until it turns off))

Lizik, REDMOND RMC-M90 has a number of advantages, such as an improved chef program with a temperature range from 35 to 170 with a switching step of 5 degrees, additional programs: bread, simmering, and there is also a drip tray and a bowl in this model with handles ( still probably some pluses). So it's up to you, these advantages create a certain comfort when using multi.
And you can cook pizza in our cartoon on the "baking" program.

Cooking today PEA SOUP WITH SMOKED SAUSAGE
I took the recipe from the Internet, slightly altering it for my products
Structure:
water or broth - about 2 liters;
Bavarian sausages - 150 g
split peas - 1.5 multi-glasses;
onions - 2 pcs.;
carrots - 1 pc.;
potatoes - 3-4 pcs.;
sunflower oil - 2-3 tbsp. l .;
bay leaf - 1 pc .;
garlic - 2 cloves;
ground black pepper;
salt.
Preparation:
1. Peel the onions and carrots. Finely chop the onions and three carrots on a coarse grater.
2. Fry the onions and carrots in the “frying” mode (cook with the lid open) or “baking” (with the lid closed), after 10-15 minutes add the chopped sausage (bacon). Pass, stirring for 5-7 minutes.
I did the frying in a frying pan, and then put it in an empty multicooker bowl.
4. Turn off the multicooker.
5. Then add the diced potatoes, washed peas, lavrushka. Salt, pepper.
I brought the peas to a boil on the stove, skimmed off the foam and threw them on drushlak. Then I added it to the soup in the slow cooker. there was no foam in the soup.
6. Pour hot broth or water, close the lid.
7. We put it on "stewing", cooking time - 2 hours.
After 1 hour and 20 minutes, the peas and potatoes were completely boiled. I think 1 hour would be enough.
8. After the signal, turn off the multicooker, put the peeled garlic cloves into the saucepan and leave the ready-made soup for 15-20 minutes to infuse.

During the preparation, a question arose. Why is the program "stewing" and not "soup"?
Next time I will add the sausage 15-20 minutes before the soup is ready, otherwise it turned out to be very soft and all the aroma somehow dispersed and you almost don't feel it.

Hello everybody ! It's nice that we have a replenishment. Recently, with the purchase of a multi, I have adapted to this: in a frying pan I overcook a large amount of onions and carrots. Then I put all this in a half-liter jar, cover it with a lid and put it in the refrigerator. As needed, put the finished frying in the dish. It turns out to save time and this jar is enough for a long time.

Hello everybody! It was this topic that prompted the purchase of multi. in general, I think this is a thing for those who do not know how to cook. Do not throw slippers, honestly, I cook very tasty and all the bells and whistles bought are still in the pantry (both a yogut maker and a double boiler and a lot of other things, because I played around and eat what I like again. Therefore, I was against it, but it's so fashionable now. And it’s fashionable because young girls really don’t know how to cook, judging by their sister and some of their friends. And they like multi - like they put everything in and it’s ready in an hour.
And then the oven broke down (we had a small one, we were in a rented apartment. And then I chose and found this review, there was only one review - I bought the same ... 2 days, still a little or even a lot - I was disappointed. some hope of finding pluses.
Frying is some kind of languor, I did not like either fries or frying, compared to a frying pan. Today I baked a lemon biscuit - 50 minutes is clearly not enough, I added it again, stood for 10 minutes. the top is white. the bottom is rosy and even wanted to burn. The pie is a bit "wet", but that's what I liked, as a variety. Write tasty:
Beat 4 eggs first + 1 cup (320 ml) sugar + 1 cup flour + 0.5 tsp baking soda + whole lemon ground in a blender. The aroma is super.
Yesterday I was making like lazy cabbage rolls - minced meat, onions, carrots, cabbage, rice - on the stewing program - I don't understand why she needs 2 hours? naturally, everything is very soft.

In general, my conclusions - the cartoon is needed for those who:
- very busy and no time to follow the preparation
- who has electric stoves and all the porridge burns
- who can't cook
- if there is nothing but an outlet - for example, in a hostel, at the sea, in the country, on a hike ...
- if you are on a diet - here are really all dietary and healthy dishes !!!!! This is the only huge plus. I am a rehabilitologist, I know what I am talking about.

But since I did buy it and I need to rehabilitate myself in front of my husband for uselessly spent funds, I will study. Yesterday I intensively read about delicious jellied meat from a multicooker, I will conduct an experiment. I will be happy to read these tips, because well, I just don't understand all the charms (((((((help find them.

This multicooker really has drawbacks, the same long stewing time, BUT there is a chef, set the temperature, time and went for a walk with the child, came - lunch is ready - this is very convenient. I strongly disagree that 50 minutes for baking is not enough - my husband and son still have a sweet tooth and I bake in it almost every day - biscuit, charlotte, curd casserole and orange pie are amazing, they don't even have time to cool down (top white but not soggy). Only with orange pie the first time was a failure, then I improved the recipe and adapted to the cartoon and everything turned out well. That the multicooker is intended for those who cannot cook ... Do you know who cannot cook and cannot cook in a multicooker, and if we think so, maybe we don't even need stoves? You can cook over a fire. Any technique is adapted for a specific task - a multicooker in order to save time during cooking, just like a blender, for example. Previously, mayonnaise was made with a spoon, grinding the yolks with sunflower oil for half an hour - using a blender, this is done for 5 minutes. Doesn't the one who makes mayonnaise with a blender know how to cook? The same story with the multicooker. While I'm sitting here in a slow cooker, milk oatmeal is being cooked, I could cook it on the stove, but I would have to stand there, first while the milk boils, then make sure that the oatmeal itself does not run away, and so - 20 minutes for rest or time, to give it to the family.

Joanna, write in detail how you cooked milk porridge, please ...
It's very simple - she boiled milk (the chef 100 gr., 5 minutes, always with the lid closed, turned it off when there were 4 minutes left on the display, that's enough, but you can leave it for 5 minutes so as not to follow), this is why that I had more milk than was necessary for porridge,but it was necessary to boil it for further storage. I poured one and a half glasses of oatmeal (regular, not steamed), poured sugar to taste and poured milk to cover 2 centimeters. I set the porridge program, after 5-10 minutes the chef turned it off and set, 80 g, fish for 20 minutes. The porridge remained for a while just with the lid closed. It turns out a viscous, not liquid porridge - this is exactly what my son likes.

I made yoghurt from boiled milk, spread a bag of yoghurt starter culture in milk at a temperature of 40 grams, poured it into ordinary half-liter jars, poured water into the multicooker bowl and carefully put the jars in it (someone covered the bottom with a napkin so as not to scratch, I did not). I included the yogurt program and that's it. Sugar, fruit and all that was added after the yogurt was cooled in the refrigerator. The yogurt is thick and tasty, I liked it very much. She took milk from grandmothers in the market.

Lemon sponge cake according to the recipe for a slow cooker - nothing sticky, it turned out great, just a charlotte. Milk has never thought to run away, the main thing is not to open the lid (with a tightly closed lid, there is no such violent boiling as on the stove at the same 100 degrees). Although the first time, as a safety net, I smeared the cup with butter at the top, but it did not run away without it. Perhaps you come across a not very good multicooker?

Hello everyone, today I stewed potatoes with liver, although I made a portion almost on a full pan, 3 onions. cut the floor into rings, carrots, also half rings, 2 pcs., potatoes about 15 pcs., put frying, vegetables, 30 minutes, 160 degrees, from the beginning threw butter 50 gr. when the oil warmed up and the time went on, he poured the onions, fried for 10 minutes. until golden, then carrots for another 10 minutes. and poured out the liver 1 kg. approximately, cut into cubes and after the end of the program, poured 300-400 grams of tat milk so that it did not reach the top of the potatoes, salt, pepper, threw the ground bay leaf, a pinch of nutmeg and 50 gr. cognac, put a stewing program, vegetables, it's bad of course that the time is at least 2 hours, but after an hour I looked and the potatoes were already cooked. I ate, the liver turned out to be very tender and the potatoes are right in my mouth, in general, delicious. Of course, it might have been no worse on the gas stove, but how not to cook on the stove anyway, potatoes can burn to the bottom of the pan, and in a multicooker it turns out, as we see it, tastier.

The girls baked a pie like this: 4 eggs, a glass of sugar (250), flour 300 gr. vanillin, margarine 200 gr. baking powder 2 tsp l-ki. Whipped the whites a little, set aside. Then beat the yolks, sugar, add melted margarine - stir until the sugar dissolves. Then add vanillin, baking powder here, pour out the proteins, mix everything and gradually add flour. I did all this with a blender (whisk). Mix everything well, grease the bottom with multi-oil, pour out the thick mass and put _bake for 50 minutes.It bakes well, although the top is light. We cut and soak what we want. Girls try not to regret it. I have baked 6 times it turns out sweet. The main thing is little trouble with him. Try to tell me whether you liked it or not.

girls and boys, how nice it is to see a boy in the kitchen - I got yogurt !!!! complained about milk, it decided to run away for something, it was 2 liters, but okay, I’ll rehearse how to boil it, maybe for the "pasta?"
So I cooled these 2 liters and poured 180 ml of activity yoghurt into it (drinking without any additives), stirred it and only then realized that there were no such containers to put in a bowl on a steam bath, then I found a plastic bowl that went into the bowl ... I poured water into the bowl, put a bowl in it - 2 liters of milk with yogurt, and put - the function of yogurt - there is 8 hours, 4.5 has passed - I decided to look in and lo and behold !!! a clot, so smooth, beautiful, super, tastes very delicate without sourness, it even seems tastier to me than the activity itself. She turned off everything, poured herself off, the rest in the refrigerator. it is even warm - delicious !!!
I'm starting to get excited.

I baked a traditional charlotte: I greased the bowl with butter and put it on the heating mode while the bowl was warming up, beat 5 eggs with a mixer with a glass of sugar until a thick white foam, added a glass of flour with a slide, beat again for 3-4 minutes. She poured a little dough in a thin layer on the bottom of the bowl, then put the peeled, cut into pieces apples on the dough and poured the remaining dough. On the recommendation of the recipe, I set the Baking mode for 50 minutes .. I opened it after the time elapsed - the cake rose, but it was not baked at all ... I decided to bake the cake by typing. I set the Baking mode for half an hour. After 15 minutes, she took out the bowl, turned over the cake, because one side was baked, the other was white (The question is, why then the 3D heating mode, as I understand it, just a marketing move, because the baked goods are absolutely not baked from above). And on the second side another 15 minutes. And the Pie was ready. Not bad, of course, but I didn't feel the delights, maybe I had to stand over the cake, turn it over ... But my son liked it, said that it was much tastier than in the oven and softer ...

I bought this beauty (I liked it very much) three days ago and I want to share my impressions.
This is my first cartoon and I chose it for sooooo long and settled on a model about which there are very few reviews yet, but very beautiful and relatively inexpensive.
I use not only this multicooker, but my mother also has this company, only the model is different (412). Not a bit worse than the same (I mean by functions) models of more famous brands, so why overpay, besides, they give a guarantee, it still inspires confidence.

I always fry the onions on the frying program at 140 degrees with the lid open, because I also burned everything for the first time ... Then I put the carrots in, and close the lid, periodically stir ...
As for the vegetables, I'm waiting for the recipe ... I have never stewed it myself ...

Girls, good evening! Tell me, pzhl, are you satisfied with the choice of multi Magio 409? Are there any downsides? Thanks in advance!

I only have 409 for a few days, while I'm just adjusting ... It's very difficult when none of my friends have a multi, because sometimes you need advice (even on trifles) ... Thanks to the forum, it often helps. So far I am more than satisfied ... My cartoon pleasantly surprises ... Minus, for me, on automatic programs you cannot reduce the time, but you just have to turn it off earlier ... And in general, I am very pleased!

I want to express my opinion about the cartoon. I spent a long time looking through the reviews on the forums and now I chose an assistant. But I expected more from her. Other models are up-to-date and they are quite happy, but I, how to say, are not very enthusiastic. I just thought that there would be fewer problems with cooking, but my cartoon makes me think, adapt, and try to cook this or that dish. There is no such thing that everything is folded, turned on and prepared. Kigi recipes consider that no. Of course, our members of the forum help, and so you have to look for recipes in other forums and adapt them to your cartoon. And this is sometimes annoying.

Well, tell me an objective opinion: is it worth buying this multicooker? Or look for another one with the same set of functions, and at about the same price? Now I stand at a crossroads. I took Magio MG 409 for a couple of days from a friend, I liked yogurt, soup, stewing. I tried it a little, I haven't seen other models, I don't know which one to buy.

And yet, I was embarrassed by the fact that it does not have a depression for collecting condensate (or I misunderstood something).

And what is the difference between 408 and 409 (well, except for the color of course).

During the rental, I cooked pea soup on "stew", it turned out delicious, stewed potatoes with meat, yogurt was delicious. Now I'm choosing between Polaris 0517 and Maggio.

409 differs from 408 only in color ... I have 409, while I'm happy, I like everything! It all depends on what effect you expect from it? Naturally, you need to adapt to any multi ... I am pleased with this model ... In many functions it surpasses some branded models ... There is a condensate valve and a removable cover. While cooking a little, but I like everything ...
