Congratulations on your successful purchase. Welcome to the world of baking! As far as I know, the masters prefer not the fast mode, but the main one. For the fast mode, you need more yeast, and now we have mature dough and sourdoughs in fashion, but they are not friends with the fast mode

Egg bread. DebutYour first successful bread?
D.V.V.
Hello to all lovers of homemade baking, so I recently bought a Panas 257 bread maker, I dreamed of homemade bread for a long time, but I decided and started making a recipe from a book after the first time, nothing happened the second, the third, and so on I tried everything that could be shorter than two days wasted so much products, but nevertheless I understood what was going on in the kit there is a glass so it is intended only for liquid and I measured flour with it and I had a difference of almost 100 grams of flour per serving now I do everything right and my bread turns out to be cool

Hello to all bakers and bread makers of this wonderful site !!!
I acquired HP recently (three months ago). I can say that I am very pleased and happy. The bread is wonderful. There has not yet been a single unbaked or inedible one - always delicious. But, unfortunately, it is not always beautiful, but I am not upset.
And this is my very first bread. According to the simplest recipe from the instructions

Your first successful bread?

The very first in my life turned out to be successful - French bread.

Greetings to all! Take in friendly ranks!
Today I brought Panas home, she was happy as a bride, successfully lassoing. Issessno, set the fast mode and by itself it turned out byaka. A gorgeous crust, a spatula NOT stuck in a loaf, all because, as an experienced baker (in the oven !!!) I followed the bun, even before reading the Instructions from Admin (what an Admin well done !!! this Instructions should be in the box for new units put), but too clever with yeast - put SAF-Levure, diluted with water, in an amount less than usual (well, I'm clever, I know how unpleasant the smell of yeast is when there are a lot of them). In short, he came out as pale as a mouse, inside it was not baked and a distinct taste of raw dough, although my Panas tried his best and the crumb looked nothing at all. Now I've put on the usual regime, Romin is Italian bread and I'm afraid to drop in.

Today we got the first bread recipe from the forum. The one that is Italian, everything turned out as in the photographs of the author. Uraaaa))) And also many thanks to everyone for their help, who advised Temki useful).

Yesterday I bought a bread maker the first bread did not work yesterday (the yeast turned out to be expired, and I did not follow the kneading, there was not enough flour).

How is it not? A "Peasant" ? A "Rustic" ? To enumerate further?

I would also like to ask for good recipes for HP Mulinex.
Take any proven (read reviews) recipe from the forum and bake it boldly! Recipes from the forum are suitable for absolutely all HP models! Successful bread to you!

I have not yet reached the peasant and rural, I will definitely try. Today I baked Traditional, looking better, though after kneading, I pulled out the stirrers and the baking was already without them. But this is still not the kind of bread that I would like to bake over and over again.

Something Temka has completely "decayed", everyone is now boasting about their loaves in the appropriate topics, since their variety inspires hope in a beginner, to become a luminous baker himself.
In general, 2 years of reading and active participation in other topics were not in vain and brought their not mournful works. I am the owner of the budget Orion OBM 27G Bread Maker, its description, at the office. Orion site

From all the variety of recipes I chose this one:

Hey everyone. I give a recipe for VERY tasty white bread. The crust is soft (those with crust problems) and browns as you wish. This recipe was adapted for a bread machine, such bread is baked in the villages in the oven.

- 1 egg
- 1.5 tbsp. l. refined oil
- 20 g butter
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 1.5 tsp. salt
- 300 g of kefir
- 550 g flour
- 1.5 tsp. dry yeast
Heat kefir and egg in water until warm. We choose 1 kg. and program 1 for 3 hours 20 minutes. I've been baking for a whole month, soft and tasty.
P.S. IT IS NECESSARY TO DO STRICTLY ACCORDING TO THE RECIPE More details: Your first successful bread?

Immediately I remembered the village bread of my aunt, which she baked in the oven, but my result may still be far from perfect, but it inspires me to further baking feats, thanks to all of you dear forum users and especially ROME, according to whose instructions for beginners I did everything with bated breath
So do not judge strictly, even if something went wrong

Can you imagine? But, such instances as me still come across here
Yes, somehow the need did not arise, it was ripening so to speak, but right now, when bread, even in Kiev (not to mention the suburb where I live), gets worse and worse, but at the same time more expensive, I started, not least, thanks to the Foxtrot action, I bought HP for only 333 UAH

Something Temka completely "decayed"
Uh-huh, silence ... The first bread was baked in Panasonic 2500 in October 2011. General-purpose flour, gluten was poorly developed, but still the very first bread from the instructions for the oven on the Fast mode and expired yeast turned out to be very edible, albeit heavy, white-sided. Then began mass purchases of all kinds of flour and experimentation with the amount of water. As a result, it turned out that the cheapest flour (grades 1 and 2) produces the most aromatic bread! And the flour of the highest grade gave crumb-foam, filler a la polystyrene. I called this bread "distilled" because it is tasteless, colorless and odorless. Recently I have been stirring 2-3 different flours, I plan to switch from dry yeast to sourdough, they add their own unique flavor to homemade bread

I probably watched the movement on the forum for half a year from the kusov, read all the recommendations for baking bread, digested everything in my head, twisted it and only then bought a bread machine and registered on this forum. Probably from the fact that I studied everything for a very long time, my first bread turned out right away, and then somehow there were no special punctures.
Here is a photo of my first bread that I posted on the forum almost two years ago, it is perfect. This is milk bread, I often bake this recipe.
