She, of course, swelled during this time and, naturally, the bottom is 4.5 liters. Keshi did not cover, but was on it in several layers. And here, attention, depending on the hardness of the beans, either cook it, if at night, then completely on Low, or bring it to a boil on High and then with peace of mind, transfer to Low, more for 7 hours on High, it is decent digested and burst. But, again, it all depends on the type of kvassol and its old age, since I still had a young one since autumn And water, accordingly, also needs less than a liter, after a long soaking, she has nowhere to take it in.
Then I just added to it the frying done in the evening (onions, carrots, sausages, mayonnaise), held it for 10 minutes on the heating and turned it off completely.
