I do not turn the casserole and do not open the cartoon right away, after turning it off I let it stand for 20-30 minutes in a closed cartoon, then I cool it in a saucepan, and remove it from the saucepan when it has completely cooled down.

If I need to make a potato casserole?
Can I expect the top to brown?
Wildebeest
DonnaRosa
In a slow cooker, the top is not browned, but baked.
If you want both browned sides of a potato casserole, a closed pie, a cabbage casserole, etc., you will have to turn it over.

I really need casseroles, but I can't imagine with a whitish top.

But I will know that there may be dampness.

No, no, that you, it will not be damp in any case, everything is baked in MV "with a bang!" , the main thing is to calculate the correct amount of cooking time, and you are "doomed" to success!

if a casserole with semolina, then why should there be raw?
My top is light, but it's unrealistic to turn it over and bake it, before that it is tender, I even take it out with difficulty, especially for 1 kg of cottage cheese if.
When it stands, the semolina turns slightly tan.

Shl yesterday I threw in sunflower seeds - it also came out funny, delicious

DonnaRosa , I make potato casserole on strips of baking paper. That is, I cut off three strips and laid it so that it could be pulled out by the protruding ends. Having pulled it out and laid it on a dish, I sprinkled it with dill on top. You can also sprinkle with fried onions. It will be beautiful, it seems to me ...

Can I show off my MV cottage cheese casserole? (I've been baking for a month now, cooking in MV):

I took the recipe on a good cook. In principle, the casserole is ordinary, a very original top - a mixture of ziruss. She is very fragrant, beautiful, beautiful.

You need 2 large oranges (or as I was able - 1 ap-n + 1 lemon + 5 tangerines), cook everything for 10 minutes to remove the bitterness (but I still left the skin of only an orange), chop everything, add sugar (to taste) + 2 tbsp. l starch, apply this mass to the casserole. I have baked goods - 2 times for 60 minutes. (The top didn't grasp for a long time)

Is the top so rosy or the bottom?
Is the casserole turned upside down?
If the top, then before it was decorated, what did the top look like?
Pale?
Kvitka
Of course, this is the top. And this is not rosy - this is a baked citrus mass. The casserole did not turn over.

1. MV greased, sprinkled with semolina
2. Laid out the prepared curd mass
3. On top of the immediately prepared citrus mass, leveled over the surface.
4. Baking mode - 60 minutes, then 60 minutes again. (Well, I did it, because in 1 cycle the citrus mass was still watery).
5. Gently (soft) put the cooled casserole out of the MV saucepan.

Girls, can I also show off my casserole?
I've been baking it for almost a year now, mine loves it. I cook according to the recipe "all three".
3 packs of cottage cheese
3 eggs
three st. spoons of sour cream, semolina, sugar
three handfuls of raisins and candied fruits (from Auchan).

lelik, and I still did not understand whether I got a casserole, or not. True, I made it from 1 pack of cottage cheese, respectively, everything is 3 times less. Yes, and poured 1 tsp. baking powder. But a thin pancake came out with a very fried crust, which did not rise at all. Is that how it should be?

When I bought a cartoon and I came across this recipe, in 7 days I baked 5 casseroles. Mine really liked it.
After buying Multi, I baked casseroles for a whole month every other day ... until my husband said enough, a break

Today I made a casserole again, but changed it a little.
Instead of kefir (they forgot to buy), I put sour cream and 3 eggs and grated the lemon zest.

And here is my report on the work done.
I got a black casserole. This is my first casserole in a cartoon. Therefore, please do not judge strictly. I could not decide in any way with the time how much I should bake it, so I decided to set the time for 60 minutes, at the 2nd temperature level (multicooker Cuckoo 1054). Now I will do it differently. I think 50 minutes will be enough. Despite her tanned appearance, she tasted delicious. Thanks again to Zagadoshna for the recipe!

Hello everyone. I would like to thank for the recipe for the cottage cheese casserole from Lena Chudo.
It turned out amazingly, ate right away. I didn't even have time to sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
Only instead of 500g of cottage cheese, I put -300g of cottage cheese and 200g of cottage cheese mass with raisins and the zest of one lemon. The smell was all over the apartment.
The whipped and mixed proteins at the end gave a special airiness to the casserole.
Thanks again for the recipe.

Mysterious! Thanks for the recipe - it's just a delight! Delicate, airy, Biting yay !!!
I really love cottage cheese casseroles, but they always fell off, and then I found cottage cheese in the refrigerator that was not the first freshness, but the market one and I think what to do with it - it has not yet reached the required condition for release, but there is something wrong I want to ... I decided to hammer the casserole. I liked the recipe from Zagadoshnaya the most, however, I added a spoonful of starch and used sour cream instead of kefir, and the rest was unchanged. It was hard to get out because I didn't sprinkle anything on the mv, but you had to see how I, having devoured a rather large piece of casserole, picked up everything that was left in the saucepan, down to the last crumb! My husband stayed on the ship today, I'm afraid I won't hold back until tomorrow ...
Come on! I bake them cakes 2-3 times a week for them (I don't eat myself - I don't like sweets too much), and the casserole is my food!

Hey everyone. I am confused and pre-shocked. I was going to make a scarlet casserole in the pressure cooker.I did everything according to the recipe in a mixer, it seemed a little thin (but maybe it should be, because no one said about the consistency of the dough), I added a little flour, maybe a spoon. Well, that's not the point. I poured everything into the SLE and put it on baking for 40 minutes. But then an incident came out ..... bored for about 10 minutes and we turned off the light. I'm all in shock. What will happen to my casserole. the bottom and barrel are already browned. the light was turned on after 15 minutes. I started baking again. Now I will unsubscribe what happens. But maybe someone had such an "ambush"? What happened or what needs to be done?

Do not worry! Everything will work out for you.

I bake such a casserole in MV like this: I put the first cycle, about 1 hour. Then, without opening the lid, I put it for another 20 - 30 minutes. I leave it on heating for a while (without opening the lid). Then I turn off the MV and leave it to cool in the pan for about 1 hour, and then I take it out. This makes a great casserole.

Good luck to you!
Babushka
Insomnia torments. I decided to put a casserole. The process is underway. Breakfast will be in the morning. Instead of kefir, I put homemade sour cream and a little milk. Cottage cheese is also homemade, granular.
Babushka
Thank you. She made the casserole again. Now for dinner. I managed to photograph:

Casserole SUPER !!! I've already cooked ...))) I don't even know how many times I've already cooked it. The result is excellent the first time !!! Nothing creeps and does not run away anywhere, after it is sintered, it cools down in the bowl for another 2-3 minutes. then I immediately turn it over onto a steamer dish and leave it to cool completely .. Earlier, I didn’t even come close to casseroles after several unsuccessful attempts in the oven, well, this casserole is just my salvation)) my whole family loves it. Thank you for the recipe !!!
Tori11
.. forgot to clarify, after 40min. baking (the end signal sounds), the heating mode is not turned off for another 10 minutes (I count by the clock). Then I open the lid and take it out after 2-3 minutes.
