Hello everyone. Someone will tell you where in Moscow you can repair the HP HITACHI HB-B 100. Thanks in advance. And can someone tell me what the trouble is. In the operating mode, when the engine is running, clicks occur and the pulley with the blade does not rotate. Something like this

TataWhere they come from, there are no spare parts for it for a long time. The last remaining parts were in Vladivostok https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=586.40

Tata, No bucket spins, have you tried it? At the same time, check the rotation of the scapula by hand by pulling the bucket out of the HP.

Alexander it does not turn on without a bucket, the display gives an error.
In this HP, the kneading starts with short revolutions with small intervals, and then the rotation is accelerated. So, there are short ones, but when the speed increases, the engine works, but the pulley does not spin. Something like this. The scapula spins by hand, but I would not say that it is free. True, I did not check how it was before the breakdown.

Tata, Looks like a problem with the control unit.

Alexander, I still think that the problem is in the bucket mechanism. And that's why. I conducted an experiment, poured hot water into a bucket, inserted it into the HP and it spun! With hot water, the pulley turns easily: girl_curtsey: So this is aedro. Last time I baked bread with butter and put it in first. Could it not have gotten somewhere in between, turned into something incomprehensible, and thereby hinder the rotation? ... Or it’s just that some kind of lubricant has run out and the hot residues improve rotation.

Alexander Thank you. But this part is no longer for sale. If I run it with hot water before adding ingredients, how long will it last? And what troubles await me in this situation?

I bought a Hitachi 301 bread maker the bucket seal is out of order. I was looking for oil seals in size on the forum, they wrote that it fits with a Toyota distributor size 10-20-7, but it's not so small. You need an oil seal of size 10-22-7 (10 is the inner stem itself, 22 is the outer seat in the bucket, 7 is the height of the oil seal). Since it was hard to find a heat-resistant oil seal on Hitachi 301, I bought an oil seal in a spare parts store for household appliances, size 8-22-7, a heat-resistant oil seal came up. Oil seal from LG. The cost of the oil seal (180 rubles). There are oil seals in the RTI store, size 10-22-7 (price 10 rubles), but it is not heat-resistant, it can withstand temperatures up to 100 degrees, but up to 160.

but you need to 160

The instructions for the Hitachi x / p indicate that there is a fuse for 190 * C
For baking bread 160 * will not be enough.
