hello gentlemen. I have a bakery, but I don't have a measuring cup with a spoon. help translate these measurements into grams. thank you in advance
Admin

It is advisable for you to buy a measuring cup with graduations from 10 to 240 ml. - with an interval of every 10 ml. The Hitachi measuring cup has the same divisions. Also on the cup:
- mark 1/8 corresponds to 30 ml
- mark 1/4 60 ml
- 3/8 90 ml
- 1/2 120 ml
- 5/8 150 ml
- 3/4 180 ml
- 7/8 210 ml

A tablespoon corresponds to 20 ml, a teaspoon of 10 ml. Such spoons - from one end of the dining room, from the other you can buy a tea room, they are plastic and metal.
Good luck!

Oh, thank you, I also lost a glass, I'm a newbie here and in other topics I asked just about this. Thanks again !!

But I also wanted to ask, here are the recipes given butter in spoons, and how much is it in grams of unmelted butter? For example, if it says 6 spoons of plums. oil, how many grams can you cut from the oil? otherwise I have it all the time by eye ((

We loaded it, inserted a bucket into the bread maker, chose a program, chose a crust, pressed start, started kneading, track the bun for the first 5-7 minutes, then everything automatically until the end of baking.

The question is - are you baking bread for the first time if you still don't remember the buttons.
There are only a few words on the buttons, no problem translating them. Now I will try to scan them and give a translation. See page 9 for instructions.

As in school: divide 250 ml into 16 parts and take 7 parts from them

250: 16 = 15.626 ml. x 7 parts = 109.375 ml.

To make the bread turn out, go to the topic Bread did not work out again, I did everything strictly according to the recipe. What can be wrong? https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=146942.0 and learn to make bread dough and bake bread

That is, a measuring cup is obtained, its scale from 1 to 16 is equal to 250 ml. and the full cup indicated in the recipes too?
just guesses were in the direction of the American ounce and, accordingly, 16 American ounces (fl.oz.) = 473.176473 milliliters
and even more:
🔗 and 🔗 meets the standard of 5 grams and 18 grams (15 grams)?
otherwise the above was misled:

No need to play guesswork, you have already guessed everything in the section https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=131.0, all the information on measuring spoons and cups.

Here it is advisable to CAREFULLY read all the information on the links and remember, then the bread is guaranteed to turn out. The bread did not work out again, I did everything strictly according to the recipe. What can be wrong? https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=146942.0

And I will whisper only to you: all the master classes in these topics were performed in the Hitachi 303 x / stove, and it is the same as Hitachi 301

Good luck!

Hitachi have measuring spoons of 15 and 5 ml. and they are called measuring because they differ from ordinary tablespoons!

Measuring cup (cup) 240 ml. and 250 ml. if measured "under the knife" to the very edge.
EkaterinaCh
good afternoon) also a question about a measuring cup)) a native from a bread machine is lost)) if you use a measuring glass differently, then: 1/8 - 30 ml; 1/4 - 60 ml .... and exactly 1 is how much? Thank you
Admin

Glass to Hitachi 250 ml. "under the knife". It is easy to check the measure of the glass if you use a regular measuring glass with graduated marks (of any volume), and you can also use such a glass when baking.

And if your 1/4 is equal to 60 ml., And the whole number should be 4 times 1/4 of the part, then it is easy to understand that the volume of a whole cup will be 60 ml. x 4 = 240 ml. This is a full hitachi cup.
If you pour liquids under the very "roof", that is, "under the knife", then the volume will be 250 ml.

In this thread, all my experiments are made on the basis of Hitachi's x / stove - take a look and take to help yourself:
