Baked salmon with capers

Ingredients

Salmon fillet 600 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Garlic 4 cloves
Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
Tomato pulp 500 g (canned)
Sweet mustard 1.5 tbsp. l.
Capers 1 can (100 g)
Parsley 1/2 bundle
Salt, sugar, freshly ground black pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the onion, garlic and fry for 2 tbsp. l. olive oil. Add tomato pulp, salt, pepper, add sugar (1-2 tbsp. L. Optional) and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200about FROM.
  • Grease the form with olive oil, pour in the tomato sauce. Lay out portioned pieces of salmon fillet on top. Salt and pepper the fish.
  • Cut the parsley and mix with capers, mustard and 2 tbsp. l. olive oil. We spread the mixture on the fish.
  • Cover the mold with foil and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

Note

It turns out a very tender fish on a "pillow" of tomatoes, with a spicy aftertaste of capers and parsley.
